Pictures are misleading
The pictures make it seem like the handles can be locked in a 90 degree position allowing for pushups, bench press and shoulder press. Pushups are impossible and I wouldn't suggest bench or shoulder press as the handles do not lock into place and they swing freely and easily. The bar works great for deadlifting, however this is basically the extent of the workouts with this particular Hex bar.

Damaged goods
Box was torn open parts missing and was damaged but its weight lifting bar can be to hurt.
