Well worth the price!
This is a sturdy gun safe at a good price, it is easy to open and if the wrong code is interred it can quickly be reentered. In my opinion it is well worth the money. The only complaint I have is I wish the safe would have been available in my local store!

It did not work!
I could not get the electronic code to work and ended up returning it. When they say microvault they are not kidding, it is a tight fit for a .45 auto, but will not close with a .44 Magnum inside.

    Best price I found and exactly what I wanted.
    This gun vault works perfectly. It fits nicely under the seat and it feels very secure and tamper proof. I have recommended it to several of my friends already.

    Good and portable
    The MV500-STD is a very good storage option if your goal is to have quick access yet be sure young children can not get to the contents. I am very satisfied with the button code mode of opening as it is quick and easy, but my wife questions her ability to use it quickly in a dark room as the buttons do not have backlighting. The enclosed cable is rather thin and I doubt if it would present much of a challenge to a person that gains entry to your home when you are away, but it does provide an option for securing the vault in your vehicle. I chose this model versus one with biometric (fingerprint) capability as I believe the low tech version is more reliable at this time.

    Great for safety and security
    Very easy to set up and start using. Fits easily in my top drawer. I love the button combination, its very easy to press the buttons, even in the dark. I also really like how if you mess up the combo it gives you a red light and you can re-try almost immediately. I got this because I have two toddlers in the home and I also did not want someone having my weapon if my family came home during a break in. It feels extremely sturdy and it has a surprising amount of room. I have a Glock 22 and a Ruger LCP .380 both in the safe and they fit comfortably. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for the price.

    works ok for the money
    It works, but if you push the buttons to light or to fast It wont read it so keep that In mind. You get what you pay for. Its a temporary safe for me but it works to keep my kids out of it.

    Nice and compact safe for smaller guns. Bought two of these vaults for two different guns and both fit, with mags, just fine. Very easy to set up code.

    Great product
    Product is simple to set up and use, with an adequate capacity. The slim profile makes it easy to mount on any wall or flat surface without being cumbersome. Comes with a cable for added security. I've bought four of these now and have them various places in the house. To date I have not found a better deal than $85 at walmart.

    Good Kid Safe
    This safe is good to keep kids away from a firearm you may need to access quickly. I wouldn't trust it against a determined burglar, but other safes are better for that situation. It opens quickly, and is large enough for a full size pistol or revolver.

    Keeps weapon away from others!
    Only had for a month but I feel much safer with it. Keeps weapon from the little ones but still fast when needed. Easily holds Med-Large frame Pistol w/extral mags.
