Awesome swing
This is a fantastic and super awesome swing and my whole family fell in love with it. I wish I knew about it for my older babies. My baby boy loves swinging in it. The most fantastic feature is that it can be used as a swing and a rocker and the transition to and from the swing is a breeze. The swing seat has been well cushioned and my baby feels comfortable resting in it. The 3 point recline feature helps in putting my baby to sleep in the swing. I use one recline angle when he is wide awake and slightly switch it to the second position when he is slightly sleepy and I turn on the vibration mode. As soon as he sleeps I switch it to the 3rd recline position which would be more comfortable for him to sleep. The seat can be changed to face any direction and I love the fact that it swings both front to back and side to side. my baby loves swinging in both the directions. One of these swinging types definitely soothes him when he cries a lot. This is definitely a game changer and a must have in any infant's house. The toy rod is simple and nice. I added a few other toys that had rings, to the rod. The transition from swing to rocker only requires lifting up the baby seat and I often do that when I cook in the kitchen and keep him nearby. He loves rocking in the rocker and smiling at me. I would highly recommend this high quality product and is on a very affordable price point too. Seriously can't go wrong with Graco. Love the dual purpose!
The first thing we noticed about the swing is the small footprint it has. It is a great space saver as it is a duel purpose item, and can be converted into a bouncer. The fact that it has several features including smoothing vibrations, soft toy bar, music and nature sounds give it a nice variety of options in its use. We really like the vibration feature as it helps our son sleep longer when we use it. The side grab handles make it very convenient to lift him up and transport him to another area of the house without disturbing his sleep. One improvement would be to the toy bar, it would be more useful if it was a solid handle instead of a soft flexible one since this would be an additional handle which would allow for picking up the baby while they are still in the seat. This swing option is great for parents or anyone who are looking to save space and money, as they do not have the need to purchase multiple items to accomplish these separate features. The only issue we have found with the swing is the size of the seat used for the swing/bouncer. It is smaller than we expected. If the child is fast growing, longer than average, long legged, or just a larger baby this item might very well be outgrown very quickly. Another thing in favor of the design is that the seat can easily be reclined, which allows the option to have baby in it from day one until they out grow it. With all this being said we found the swing combination very useful and our son has thoroughly enjoyed the time he has spent in it, no matter which way we have it set up.     Great first swing
    First I'd like to say thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this swing. I am not sure I would have gotten something like this without the opportunity. I used this for my 3rd baby who is currently 3 months old and it's been a beautiful addition to my tools around the house. The ease of use can't be beat! It was easy to assemble as well. My son loved both the rocker and the swing. And transitioning between the two was extremely easy. The vibration in the seat and movable toy bar is a nice addition to help stimulate baby too. I think my favorite feature was the one handed recline due to my son's tendency to fall asleep in the swing. The multi speed knob made it really easy to change speed. It is also quieter than most other models I've tried. I do wish it did not have a weight limit of only 18 lb as I tend to have large children and that decreases the amount of use I can get from the product before my babies outgrow the use of the swing/rocker.

    2-in-1 swing and bouncer for the space saving win!
    We have been enjoying the convenience of the Graco Soothe n' Sway! Having the ease of being able to transition from swing to bouncer has made this product a hit in our family! We took this on vacation instead of packing our other bouncer because this can also be a swing! Once you get the hang of it it's not too difficult to remove the seat to transition from swing to bouncer---I was eventually able to do it one- handed with a crying child. :) Our 6 month old loves the vibration and as parents we like that the songs and sounds are gentle and calm and not obxious like other baby toys. At 6 months our baby is at the touch/grab phase so the toy bar above keeps her entertained for awhile...long enough for me to prep a meal in the kitchen while keeping an eye on her! Overall, our favorite feature of the swing is it's versatility from bouncer to swing. Additionally, it's a very comfortable swing as it's deep enough for our baby to sink in comfortably and also the fabric is very soft and pretty---the colors are not overly loud like other baby products. We would recommend this product, especially if you are looking to save space with a baby product that is 2-in-1! :) Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this swing.

    Soothe ‘n sway swing and rocker
    My baby girl really loves the Graco Soothe ‘n sway swing and rocker! I love that the seat can be detached from the swing and used as a portable rocker. It was SO easy to remove the seat from the swing! It's so helpful to either have baby higher up in the swing (if I'm doing dishes or folding laundry) or lower on the floor in the rocker if I'm playing trains or building blocks with my son. The swing/rocker isn't very heavy so I moved it all over my house! I love the versatility! My 4 month old daughter fell asleep quickly when I turned on the vibration feature while in the swing. Adjusting the speed of the swing was so easy to do by turning the dial. My daughter also loved the toy bar that could be placed over her or in front of her. She loved looking at the stars! The only negatives to this swing/rocker is I'm not sure how long it will last. The motor of the swing is already making a weird ‘clunking' sound when in use although it currently works perfectly. This swing/rocker also does not play music either. Overall, my favorite feature is the swing is the versatility. I love that my baby can either be rocked in the swing, or I can rock her myself on the floor in the portable rocker.     Versatile with a small footprint
    I received this swing to test after I had already put away my original swing, due to my son not enjoying himself in the original. I wasn't expecting him to react much differently but I was wrong- he loved it! As a parent with all the baby things, I love that this swing replaces the need for a bouncy seat and a swing, and has a smaller overall footprint than both, the colors and textures are aesthetically pleasing, the little hanging toys are cute and my son enjoyed trying to get them. I LOVE that this swing can change directions and become a bouncy seat as well. The vibrating is great to change things up a little and the music is soothing. I would not only buy this for my own children, but also gift this to a new mom knowing it will be well received. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this swing!

    Compact and versatile
    I received this swing from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The swing with portable rocker has a great feature allowing you to have 2 different baby products in one and saves on space which is an added plus. The swing itself is compact which is great in smaller homes. The swing is easy to change from swing to rocker. The lining inside is soft and plush. The swing has various speeds and can go nicely from slow to quite fast. You can hear the motor as it swings but it is not too loud, pretty standard volume for a swing. The swing also has 3 recline settings as the baby grows which is nice. There is a toy bar with 2 stars that can be removed via velcro and wiped down If needed, it doesn't do much besides allow baby to look at it and maybe bat at it with her hands. The toy bar doesn't look the fanciest but is simple with a bare bones type of look. Could be better if there was more to the toy bar than just 2 hanging stars). There is no music feature on the swing, only vibrations so limited in keeping baby amused or occupied. Baby girl sat in her swing without any complaints but she didn't seem to enjoy it as much as I hoped. Assembly took a while with the hardest for me being the cover and snaps underneath the swing seat itself, was a bit of a tight fit initially until I was able to figure out how the cover should snap in as the instruction photos provided were a bit difficult to decipher. Overall this is a decent swing that does the job and best if you need to save space!

    Love this versatile Swing!
    I was given this swing to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This was my third baby, so I feel pretty well-versed in baby gear and what we need, vs. what is a maybe "nice to have." But this blew away my expectations! We have a small house with 3 kids, so we're always looking for ways to cut down on clutter and save space. This 2 in 1 bouncer and swing did just that. My daughter loved to use it both ways, and we would just pop off the bouncer portion to bring her into the kitchen while we were cooking or into the room while we were playing with her brothers. She loved the detachable pieces of the mobile because she could pull them off and play with them or chew on them. I liked that too, but then found that they easily started getting lost. This has a small footprint and is truly perfect for both purposes. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

    Great combination baby swing!
    As a mom of six kids all under age ten, I've used a myriad of infant swings, entertainers, chairs, bouncers, etc and the problem is that every baby has different ways of soothing, so we ended up with piles of baby equipment! The greatest thing about the Graco Soothe 'n Sway LX Swing with bouncer is that it combines two essential pieces of baby gear into one more compact design! Here are the benefits of this swing: 1 - Instead of having a swing taking up a corner of the room and bouncer chair in another, they are combined and take up far less space overall 2- if the baby falls asleep in the swing and you need to move to a different room, you can easily and quickly move the baby without disrupting them by just lifting up the chair 3- the swing frame is much more compact than previous Graco swings we've used  4- the color scheme is very neutral and matches our decor nicely so it blends in well 5- the ability to have the seat facing different directions is the best feature! Each of my babies preferred different swing motions and most swings don't allow you to easily switch between side to side and front to back, so this was great! 6- it is easy to transition from swing to bouncer with just a simple lift; no complicated buttons 7- the chair bounce is great! My baby loves the sensation and he is now old enough to kick his legs and get it bouncing on his own 8- the vibration and sound machine built into the seat is very useful, especially is baby falls asleep 9- the toy bar is flexile and can easily be removed or adjusted to entertain the baby 10- the toys attached to the toy bar are attached by velcro and they are soft and make crinkling noises and my 10 month old loves to reach up and grab them to pull them off and squeeze them over and over! 11- the seat of the chair is very soft and plush and cradles the baby comfortably. The recline is just right, especially for reflux  babies (like mine)!  12- it was VERY easy to assemble with minimal tools required out of the box There are few things I would change: 1- giving the chair an adjustable recline would be useful 2- making the swing frame foldable. There is no way to fold it and put it out of the way when not in use unless you disassemble it and it is a rather large piece of metal sitting in the room (when you have the bouncer chair unattached) 3- make the crotch strap adjustable length; it is VERY short. My baby is tiny (he was a preemie) and I feel like the strap does not come up high enough to his hips between his legs and it is not adjustable. 4- add a volume control for the sound machine - it is fairly loud and there is no way to adjust it Overall, we love this swing! It combines the most essential baby gear into one, more compact design that is visually appealing and not an eye sore when it's in the main living space!     Practical and Convenient Value Swing
    This swing is essentially an economy version, and checks most boxes for what a parent practically needs in a soother. We love being able to quickly and seamlessly transition it from a swing to a rocker, which is especially convenient when your hands are full with older siblings. Removing the seat to use as a rocker is relatively easy- it's pretty light and lifts straight up. I really like how compact the swing is, especially when compared to other swing models. The reclining feature is another thing I've found especially useful. Use is pretty straightforward, and assembly was easy. The adjustable speed features and soothing vibration are useful and easy to . operate. It doesn't have music, or extra plush padding, and the seat material is a little difficult to remove for washing, but overall it has exceptional use and value.
