Gorilla Glued
I literally can not live without my reachy stick. The only issue I have is the rubber cups coming off. So I unscrew them and Gorilla glue them. Other than that, I have no complaints. My last one broke due to neglect (son) and I was miserable without it. I use it to pick up trash, throw pillows, can goods, anything that falls that I can't bend to pick up. I bought 2. Now I have 3. I leave one in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. Love this stick.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/08/2023It's worth every single penny in my bookMy buddy, my bestie, my savior! My recovery from Lipo 360 would've been even more agony if I didn't have my grabber, because I drops everything. I traveled out of state for surgery so it folded in my suitcase like a G with lil to no space taken up. The grip was good for picking up and reaching for most things and a lil challenge for heavier items. I inserted the only screenshots I could find of it being in my hands every time I got out of bed. Pro tips: For picking up flat items, try lifting it with your foot and then grab it, for heavier items lock in place and use both hands and if your grabber falls, put one foot under and lift until you can grab it.Somone

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/04/2023Not so goodThe 2md one I've bought in 6onths. Both broke. 1st one wouldn't fold up. 2nd one won't open. Had it less than 2 2/2months. No option to return online. The service desk is very reluctant to offer refund. S couple rude people at the service desk.Crystal

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/30/2023Just get it! Helpful and hilariousI got this to help after back surgery as I can't bend for weeks but OMG I love this thing!! I had one before and donated it thinking I didn't need it but between me and my young kids we all love picking things up with it! I don't know why I find it so amusing, I walk around saying "the clawwww" before I grab something with it lol I'm pinching everyone on the butt. Honestly, for $10 this thing has been so helpful and definitely very entertaining in an otherwise less than ideal moment in my life. I've been able to pick up what I've dropped, grab my medications off the dresser from my bed, and move the laundry out of the washer to the dryer and dryer to the basket which I would NOT be able to do otherwise. And it folds in half to tuck away. Everyone needs one. You'll eventually drop something you can't reach or pull a muscle and wish you had itMommabair

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/28/2022Once you get it open…It works as it’s supposed to once you get it open. I have bought three of these as Christmas gifts, and the first one we tried to extend and I could not figure it out, nor could anyone else. I seriously had to watch a video of an elderly woman, showing me how. I had to use a screwdriver to pop it open. I was trying to avoid forcing it somewhere in fear of breaking it. The other ones opened just fine. They need to put instructions on the package for opening it. They already do for closing it. It may just be me.Rex

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/14/2022Insufficient Product Instructions****There are not sufficient instructions, which is the case for 2 products recently purchased at Walmart. For this product, there are no instructions on step one, how to open/unfold the product. I had to youtube it, but I imagine this could cause injury worst case scenario and frustration best case scenario.Mel

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/08/2022Lose of quality controlI have used gophers since they first came out They were really extremely helpful However there is evidently very little quality control with the newer production The prongs do not open wide enough to grasp a jar of peanut butter or like objects My previous gophers handled everything from lifting jars to upper shelves to picking broken glass from floor and pulling chains on ceiling fans Please advise where I may find a working gopherVirginia

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/13/2022Basic Grabber - easy openIt's just your basic grabber - nothing fancy except you can turn the arm on this one (just pull away from the handle sectiin and twist). I couldnt do that on my last one, which was otherwise identical and lasted over 15 years. It wont pickup heavy or very large items, but for stuff beind the couch, under the dresser, on top of the fridge, it's great. As for opening/unfolding it the 1st time... To unfold: slide butter knife between sections and gently twist. It's just a little plastic button in a slot. It pops out very easily and unfolds for use. The company ought to include unfolding instructions, but it's hard to believe grown adults couldn't figure it out for themselves, or actually broke it trying.KWebb

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/18/2022Better than the restI've bought a few of these because spinal arthritis makes it difficult to bend over and pick things up. This thing has been a HUGE help to me, versatile and sturdier than any other I've tried. It only gets 4 stars because the plastic components need to be more durable. Eventually, something always breaks. That said, at only ten dollars, I can afford to replace it and always will.Unknown
