Good quality, larger than expected
These seem to be of a good quality material and sell for a great price. They were a bit larger than I expected them to be, but they still work for my purposes.

Too long
These bands are good quality and definitely a good price but they are too long. If you want to get resistance you have to tie a knot in it to make it smaller.

    Perfect For At Home Workouts During Pandemic
    Good quality resistance bands. I like that they're are 3 different levels of resistance. Perfect for at home workouts during pandemic while gym is closed. Some of the resistance bands I looked at seemed way overpriced...I thought these were a good value. Shipped quick too.

    This is made well and stands up to the quality you would expect of "Gold's Gym" name. I bought 3 sets of bands to accommodate our family of 6 adults (4 males 2 females). It also comes with an 8.5" x 11" color picture page of exercises using the ball. It's very helpful. I laminated it and tape it to the wall for reference while exercising

    These bands are good quality and definitely a good price but they are too long. If you want to get resistance you have to tie a knot in it to make it smaller.

    Good product
    I think these are great for the price and my level of fitness. I have chronic pain issues and am trying to get stronger in a healthy way. I love Pilates and I think this is the next best option for now.

    Serves a purpose, better then expected quality.
    This product is a portable gym. It can be used anywhere for a nice workout. I had a surgery on my ankle and used crutches for 2 months. To my surprise, it really helped to stay in shape and worked great for ankle rehabilitation. It's easy to come up with different exercises, adjust intensity and angles. So far, quality of the product seems to be very good. Thank you to manufacturer and Walmart for offering great product at a great price.

    It gives different options
    I really like the different tensions, and that this gives you different ways to do exercise. I don't need to tie it off some how , I can just loop it around something to work out. I want to get another set so I won't have to keep switch my foot Or hand. Nice option

    Too Wide
    I needed the stretch band loops to work my lower body, but they didn't work for this purpose. They kept slipping out of my ankles. The price is very reasonable, the material is also good, but unfortunately they didn't work well for me. :(

    Great Bands
    I originally got them to enhance doing side steps. They are alittle longer than I had thought so I have to loop it over my foot(that's no big deal it gets the job done :) )

    Good to use to exercise. They have different levels of how hard they are. It is good for different exercises that come with them or I have used them in physical therapy before.
