No good at all. It should be no star at all.
It was awful! Bought this gift for a child who was longing to play a violin that is less expensive. By the time it came it is awful! It is a waste of money. It is a toy that looks like a violin. It doesn't play or make any sound. She is very disappointed when she got her birthday present. It is very deceiving.

    Not good!
    Tuners are non functional, as I try to turn them they bounce back to almost no tension. Also not sure if it's normal but there is a section of unfinished wood where my hand is supposed to go. I bought this to learn and I learned that I don't like this violin.

    Awesome gift that won't break the bank!!!
    All in all this is an awesome buy! Only issue was, the rosin wasn't of the best quality (as well as cracked into tiny pieces) But hey! You cant beat the price! I took mine to the local music shop and had it tuned and picked up some new rosin. My daughter loves to play it. It has been on her "wish list" for a few years. So this was perfect for her birthday.

    Yes! Great gift.
    Giving this five stars but I don't know if it's good enough yet because I don't know anything about violins. It's for a 12 year old girl. She absolutely loves it. I love hearing her trying to play it. It has everything in the carrying case. Would be even better if it had a simple step by step book for beginners.

    Looks pretty nice.
    This will need a few pieces put together when you get it. I was hoping it would come complete. Hopefully we can figure it out without damaging anything. This was purchased due to our 10 year olds interest in playing and we needed something inexpensive to start off with. This is a Christmas gift so really have no ifea yet how it plays and sounds..
