This item was was the worst experiences I've had ever had not only was the wax super messy but it was so hard to remove i had to spend maybe 2 hours in the shower trying to remove it and i still have some leftover wax that won't come out.

    My favorite - easy to use
    I find this variety of the wax the easiest to use. Don't over heat it in the microwave - give it 30 seconds at a time until it is somewhat melted - it doesn't need t be completely melted to use or you will burn your skin. Use it twice and you won't go back to another type of wax.

    Very negative experience
    I could not give zero therefore gave 1. This is a very messy product and very painful process. Did not come with any applicator. This is a strip free formula which actually makes the hair removing part harder if you have thick hair like me. This product is not for everyone which they should have mentioned. I am very disappointed with this product and will never buy this again.

    Wax does not stick to the Muslim strips very well even when hot and its the same brand as the wax itself !
