    have only used it once,but i think its great! Where did the grass go? i did fortify the connection with some zip ties.dont know if i need them but i consider them like an insurance policy

    Genuine John Deere GY00115 Mulch Cover for 42" Dec
    The end straps are too tight, very tight fit overall. Difficult to attach AND remove. I have a 40 year old Craftman 42 inch deck and the mulch cover installs/removes in seconds to this day. John Deere can start with quality flexible end straps. The included directions should have better illustrations. I ended up going on the internet for help with the installation.

    Was really looking for a metal mulching screen. Have had this plastic one before, and after about a year it starts getting chewed up.
