USED
It was not a NEW item. It came in a plain white box with peices of the unit wrapped in plastic. It did not come in the Garmin box. I was not looking for USED so I returned it. Be aware the seller charges a restocking fee of $99.90 to return it.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/05/2017Great GPS for 18 wheelersSo pleased with performance of unit. Very easy to use with large screen with split screen and far enough in advance indications of turns, school zones, speed changes and recalculates fast. Understandable voice commands and good volume. Did extensive research before purchase and found that this unit is everything it was reported to be; couldn't be happier.David

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/06/2017Short time of useI have only been using it for a week. I drive a Tour Bus that is 45' long with a 340" wheelbase. One of the drawbacks of this unit is that it will only do truck and car set up. The speed limit warning only works for heavy trucks. Tour buses are allowed to drive at the same speed as a car in Michigan where I work out of. It has given me two bad directions so far. One was for a street that was a dead end. The other was to go down a residential street. Would be nice if you could pick the state or province you would be driving to first. Then start to enter the address like on my older Garmin nuvi 1450. Really like the 7" screen.William

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/23/2015Best CMV GPS on the market.Pros: Crisp, clear display. Calculates routes quickly, and has a great database of point of interest. Real time traffic and weather over HD Radio and traffic cameras available through thier smartlink smartphone app. Cons: HOS app is a bit clunky, and Route shaping feature is hard to use with the map not being able to zoom in to a small scale level. Other thoughts: Feels great in your hands, doesn't have a cheap feel to it. The speaker is good quality for both directions and phone calls.Walt the Whaler
