Used watch sent as NEW.
Ordered this from Walmart.com came from a third party. Opened the box and the watch was just in the box lose. Could clearly tell that is was a used watch even though Id said NEW on the description. Returned it and ordered through Amazon for the same price and is was packaged properly.

    Tough to understand
    Watch and video instructions are not helping to understand basic functions...not possible to learn how to use this device ... adds are great, but how to get out these features - not clear. Most probably will have to give it back to shop as I am not born IT specialist to understand this complicated device ... not possible to use without understanding the device, it puts my life at danger. Necessary full video to get to know the device. Offered small videos do not answer all questions and often are of one and the same topic. Video-users manual necessary.

    Works like a charm, built like a tank
    Bought this around 3 weeks ago to help me count my steps for the office challenge plus I had imagined I will be using it while playing indoor volleyball and also for my once-a-week session body surfing. Works like a charm. Built like a tank. I wear a sleeve to cover it when playing volleyball and it hasn't bothered my passing, a very wrist-involved move, at all. I use the cardio activity to track my volleyball practice sessions and the stats, especially the heart rate monitor, is very useful. I use the open water swim activity for my bodysurfing and the app plots the tracks on a map which is very satisfying when reflecting on the session of the week. The GPS works even when worn under my wetsuit. Battery-wise, I charge it when there's 2 bars remaining. I have only needed to do that 2 times now since I bought it 3 weeks ago.

    Very happy with the watch.
    I chose this watch as a personal Christmas gift/reward for achieving a personal goal that I had long put off around my health. I could not have picked a better product, in my opinion. Though a bit overwhelming at first, as I have become more familiar with it's programs and capabilities, the more I am confident that I won't be in the market for another smart watch anytime soon.

    Rugged Utilitarian Gear.
    Got it delivered in India. The experience has been bang on. The watch is definitely what it states to be. Would recommend it to all outdoor adventurists. Right from recording my runs, to the compass, and various other tactical features - are all aligned in the perfect manner and are fully functional. Look forth for my future adventurers with it.     Complex user interface
    This watch has all of the features that I wanted but after a month I'm still frustrated by a complex user interface. Both the watch and the various websites that it interacts with seem much more complex than necessary. I don't find any of the connection or processes intuitive. When I get it to do what I want, it works great.

    Easy to use and RELIABLE!
    I found it refreshing and exciting how easy the Instinct was to set up and use out of the box. It charged quickly, and the battery life is excellent. It's extremely simple to start using, but it obviously packs the firepower to support a very active lifestyle. I couldn't be happier!

    Rugged and great features
    This watch is definitely built tough. My husband uses the GPS to track our hikes and the duration, heart rate and workout features to track calories burned at the gym. It syncs with the Garmin inReach so he can see messages sent or notify for emergency help. He wears it often in the pool and sauna and it still looks nearly new with no scratches. We are very happy with this purchase and feel like the price has been justified so far.

    Finally a tough smart watch
    The only smart watch for physical work. Welded, grinded, cut firewood, hiked, and swam with this watch and it's been flawless. Well worth the price and I hate spending over $50 for a watch.
