Disappointed
I can not rate this device. I chose one star, but I rather not rate. I sent the item back. I was under the impression that I was receiving a new device. The deviced I received was refurbshed.

    Didn't come with instruction booklet. Unable to get one online. Useless unless you know how to use it.

    I couldn't even tell it was a refurbished model. It looks amd operates like new. It came boxed up with all of the appropriate hardware, mounts, and the manual. One note, the internal memory is not large enough to hold the entire USA map updates and new software, however it accepts a micro SD card to store it all all. I added a 32 gb micro SD and it easily stored all of the info.

    Good Low Priced and Accurate GPS
    I had a Magellan for many years and it started to freeze up on me all the time. This Garmin is attractive, handy and accurate, So far so good. It has not been stumped once since I gave it a test run. So far so good.

    Not happy
    The unit works great only after having to research on how to set it up. It came with no directions or instructions. After searching the internet I found the instructions, should not have to do my own homework. Also the power cord is very short, hard to hide the cord.

    Even though this item is refurbished, it performs exactly as it should. I recommend this item. We decided to buy a second one for a family member.

    i have three garmin's now broke the screen on the last one so i had to replaced it with a new one same as the one i broke works get you can call garmin any time to ask them something and they will help you life time up dates what more can you ask for
