    2 phones twice in a row both Verizon phones, these are not att phones nor will they work. Im so frustrated, especially after getting a email assuring me its att.

    They sold the phone without unlocking it leaving me with an unusable phone, and I've been trying to get it unlocked but of course the return period is up now and I'm out of my money. Horrible company.

    DO NOT BUY phone is clearly used which I don't have a problem with it. I know that's what I'm buying but it has a lot of damage. I could get over that though, my problem is it does not hold a charge AT ALL. I am recharging this phone every hour

    it takes 5 minutes for the phone to process.
    I bought an unlocked Samsung galaxy s7 for my mother and it takes about 5 minutes for it to process anything, from switching apps or even just opening text messages. if I could give it negative stars I would.
