Hoverboard review
This hoverboard is very nice. Bluetooth connected instantly and speakers sound good. The battery last a very long time. Takes about 3.5 hours to fully charge. Does not ride on grass like it says but no big deal. Very sturdy and self balance is awesome on this one.

Not good customer service
Failed right out of the package. Keeps beeping for no reason. Sent at least 10 emails and still no resolution. I gave up. My son just has to listen to the beep

    Terrible customer service and even worse product
    This was absolutely worthless. Broke after 1.5 weeks. Waited 3 months for customer service to fix it. They finally sent another. Charged and played with for a few minutes. Next day, one wheel wouldn't turn. Customer service said i'm sorry, we only replace one time. If you buy this toy for your kids, you will be able to count how many dollars it cost per minute they are able to play with it before it breaks. We were at about $1 per minute.

    Broken. Wont turn off after 1 hour of lite use.
    We had just opened it today and its already broken after 1 hour of use in the house. It will not shut up and constantly beeping. Cant pick it up without it spinning uncomfortably. It will hurt you. Its very heavy.

    Kids are thrilled.
    Kids are enjoying however they do not want to function toward the higher weight limit that my son falls well into. Also to new to tell the durability of them for my preteen grandkids.

    Fun and nice looking
    My family has only had the hoverboard a few days but we are obsessed! It's fun to ride, was easy to figure out. We love the lights and Bluetooth too. We are definitely enjoying it.

    Powerful Beast!
    Big and Powerful! Has twice the battery capacity of the average hoverboard and larger motors. Other hoverboards are not strong enough for adults (Jetson is especially bad) but this Hovertrax is a beast and handles a 160 lb adult on thick carpet with no problem!

    This hover board is a hit! We loved the first so much this is our second. Unfortunately, this one is faulty because we know how well its supposed to work, so we are exchanging it with hopes that this was just a fluke. The quality (of our first one) is excellent. It really muscles through all terrain and hills. My 200lb husband gets along on it just as well as my 50lb kids. On the kids friendly aspect- its pretty heavy and hard for them to carry. But the idea is that it carries them, so if it dies away from home, they may need a little help getting it back. The battery life seems pretty good. It doesnt need any more charging than other hoverboards.

    It's great! Get it.
    Bought this couple weeks ago, it's doing pretty good! it's cool rolling down thru the streets with it. it's a smart way of walking. i definitely recommend you get one. walking is for peasants btw (^_-)

    not reliable after 2 month. buy extended warranty
    i did lot of research prior to purchase. GOTRAX SRX PRO 8.5" looked good choice. this was a gift for my son's 11th birthday. it worked great for two month. he loved it. now hover board does not turn off. this is still within 90 days. i tried calling GOTRAX and no response. i have emailed them. lets see what happens.
