Its a mess!
Its made in Malaysia. Opened box inside house, made big mess! Loss paints, nail holes lookalike created by something bite through! No hardware! Took a few more pictures, but only able to upload 2.

    Exactly what I was looking for
    Has the look of a more expensive bookcase but at such an amazingly low, affordable price. Fit my pocketbook nicely. Really nice "wood grain" finish. Easy to put together and it is sturdy. The overall dimensions are perfect for the spot I had in mind.

    Product pieces were scratched when they arrived. When putting the screws in the preinstalled holes, the wood would chip away. I am using this in a closet so appearance is not important but I would not purchase this to have as a bookshelf in a main room.

    Very Disappointed
    I ordered this for my daughter to put in her apartment at college. However, when it arrived and she took it out of the box, it was damaged!!! Yes, the damaged edge was hidden and it was easy to put together, but you would expect it to arrive and look nice. The box was not damaged and it was still wrapped up well, so obviously it was damaged in the facility and shipped like that! I'm very disappointed and she would have sent it back if it weren't that she desperately needed it!!!

    First, The color "espresso' was basically black. I wanted dark brown. I got two, one was all scratched up and there were spots where the color was patchy. I only wanted them for the family room so I wasn't mad enough to pack them up and ship them back. Wasn't worth the trouble. you get what you pay for I guess.

    Only problem was that shelves were so thin that it made it difficult to get the screws in without breaking the shelf.

    it's nice, fits in with the shelves I had already. very functional. I did not read carefully enough to know that I needed an electric screw driver, my bad, but I did it by hand and it wasn't horrible. there are starting points but no holes other than in the sides of the unit. my daughter tried to help and put a screw in wrong and broke the one shelf but I was able to fix it easily.
