This Camera is a VERY BEST BUY for the money!
This is a very HIGH-quality camera. It is easy to set up and to operate. This camera allows for very high-resolution photo's and video's to be taken and has a wide variety of options that allows the user to adjust the way they want the pictures to look like. The added options provide the user with EVERYTHING they could need/want to use this camera wherever it is used!

Shoud've ordered on amaxon
Walmart does many things well. Cameras are not one of them.
I ordered this camera some time ago from a different website and was thrilled with it. This time i ordered from walmart because my son wanted an orange one. Of the 13 items that are supposed to be included 6 of the items were missing or the wrong item. These ranged from mildly inconvenient to completely unacceptable. They are as follows. Numbers refer to the items supposedly included
1. camera body was ordered in orange- recieved a blue one.
4.Promised battery charger is missing.
6.mini tri-pod is not the one pictured, but is acceptable.
7.floating camera strap was supposed to be red fabric/foam wrist strap. The one we received is a hard plastic tube filled with air that is designed to be used with a go-pro camera. There is no way to attach it to this camera.
11.the advertised 8 SD card case actually only holds 6 cards
13. The image recovery software cd was missing.
As I said some of these were mildly inconvenient. All we wanted was a replacement wrist strap and the promised battery charger.
Now to the crux of the problem. Walmartâs customer service. My son has already removed and discarded all the packaging. The only option I can find is to return the entire item and purchase another one. But how will I know Iâm not just going to get this same mess again? Plus with the packaging already gone itâs not like I can really send it back. I canât find anywhere on the website to âcontact the sellerâ as you might find on other major online websites.
Shouldâve ordered on amaxon.
