Love the product not the process
I love the watch, I was just not thrilled with the way I had to purchase it. I picked a couple of watches out I liked on the website, but due to the price I wanted to look at the watch to see if it was what I wanted. Unfortunately, for the 2 watches I liked I would have had to drive 50 miles one way to see one or 45 miles the other way to see the other. No Fossil stores carry decent inventory anymore. Not wanting to do this, I went ahead and purchased my watch, but I left the suite number off the delivery address. I called Fossil immediately and canceled the order then reentered the new one. The next day I got the confirmation that both had shipped. In the end, I was able to refuse shipment of one and I did receive a credit back on my credit card but the idea that I called and canceled the order then I had to go the drawn out process of getting a refund doesn't sit well. Not sure why they couldn't cancel the first order and avoid the hassell. I wish you could just buy stuff in person. I would have driven the distance if one of the stores had all of the watches I wanted to look at.

    Bought this as a gift for my partner, after he tried to buy a watch from somewhere else (the other brand wasn't good quality). This one came in nice packaging and it looks great on him.

    I purchased this watch for my husband & he loved it. It looks way better in person & I had it engraved & it's absolutely beautiful. The blue pops making it a nice finish touch to the watch.

    Beautiful watch
    Bought this online as a Christmas gift and I was a little skeptical about it but when it came in I was glad I got it. The picture doesn't do it justice it's a beautiful watch and I had it engraved. Fast shipping also.
