Old version I was sent failed, newer model is good
The pogo stick did NOT last more than a few attempts before the "pin" used to keep the spring compressed sheared off and I returned it for a refund. I did buy a replacement at a different store, and it was the same make and model, however it was a completely redesigned version of what I returned to the store. I was evidently sent an earlier version of the pogo stick that had issues. The new one has rubber handlebar grips instead of foam and the load point on the end has been made wider and thicker. The two young people taking turns learning to jump spent hours without any issues. Make sure you get the version with rubber grips and wider base.

    Good size
    This was a birthday gift for my 6 y/o grandson. Initially, I was apprehensive about getting it because he had never used a pogo stick and safety was a concern. However, this pogo stick was the perfect size and sturdy enough for him. He can bounce off before falling out and getting hurt. It was perfect for him.
