Billing problem
Ordered 1 - Delivery was too far, so I canceled it. I ordered another for pick up. The canceled order was delivered, so I canceled the in-store pick up. I still haven't been credited for the in-store pick up that was canceled. I messaged twice, but no credit after 3 weeks! A part was missing, but I got a replacement. On the meter, the elapsed time does not work..and you can't hardly see the gauge. Otherwise, it seems to work fine.

    A great compact piece of equipment
    I've been using mine since early March and I love it! It was so easy to assemble, my 14 year old was able to have it put together in 3 hours. It's compact, quiet and does exactly what I need. my only complaint is like others, my handles get a little loose with use.

    It took me about 2 1/2 hours to put the machine together. They sent me two left handle bars, so I had to contact the company to send me the right one (literally Lol!) I just followed the instructions for getting it handled through their support email and it was shipped and received right away. The full body work out is great. Remember, the weight loss does not begin with the exercise equipment, it first begins in your head. Be encouraged.

    I have used this for 3 weeks and am very pleased. The upper handles screws dont stay tight due to handle ML movement and handles couls be placed differently as they touch the body sometime. Definitely worth the money. Took about 5 hours to put together. Instructions are good. Good purchase.

    It was a pain to put together. A lot of pieces. But worth it.. both functions do what they need to do. the elliptical part of it is a little on the rougher side when you transition from one step to the next. Not as smooth as an expensive elliptical. But again, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for something that you can afford that will do the job, this is it. If you are looking for a top of the line item, you will have to pay more money.

    A thousand pieces to put together then the instructions are not clear would work better if pieces were labeled like the instructions. Tools to put in together are included that was great but the screws for the handle with the u-bend are too short

    so far so good
    have not had this item for too long but it has done the job. gives me a good work out. a little hard to get balanced but think I got that taken care of and was able to work out on it without it moving. would recommend for home gym.

    Not what I hoped for
    I initially was sent a duplicate part which is making it impossible to continue the arduous task of assemblage, which, by the way is something I dread. I was subsequently sent a replacement part which was again another duplicate part. I just want to send the entire order back and find an already assembled one. I'm so frustrated. Please help!!!

    A great start for us older folks.
    Needing more exercise at home than getting up and going to a gym, this machine is great for us. We can go at our own pace, and start and stop when we want to, going back to it later.
