    Cannot get watch to setup at all. After reaching out to support, the problems are known and not fixed by fitbit. Watch is useless.

    Kids love it!
    Great activity tracker for kids! It helps motivate them by adding a competitive angle to increasing activity. The battery life is great. Durability is great. Highly recommend!

    Set up is a pain!
    So disappointed. Ordered this for 7 year old and cannot set it up. Called Fitbit tech support and they said there is a problem on their end that wouldn't be fixed until the following week. For a little guy excited about his Fitbit that's like a li lifetime. If this isn't resolved soon I will be sending it back. Also don't like the whole set process. It's cumbersome and confusing! Do not recommend!

    Durable watch, band doesn't last
    3rd watch for our 3rd boy! Although the watch bands don't last forever, they are easily replaced, and the actual watch is fabulous for tracking steps, exercise, and sleep! We have loved these, and the first one has lasted well for over a year with a very rough boy!

    Want to get your kids interested in how many steps they are walking in a day? We made it a competition between Nana, grandson, and now granddaughter. It makes them want to walk. It's great to keep everyone involved.
