Brain development, sensory, small motor skills
this is a fun game that can also be used for sensory and using small motor skills to stimulate the mind of the babies and toddlers... Quality isn't what I'm accustomed to because I like wood but it's good enough.

For older children
The pegs are too difficult to force through for an infant or toddler. My 1.5 year old became so frustrated and angry and has since abandoned it. More care should have been given to this feature, but unfortunately no pride seems to go into manufacturing anymore if they have a popular brand to hide behind.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/12/2022Timeless fun!I had one of these when I was little and decided that I needed one for our son who just turned one. I love how simple it is to use and how he cute can sit there and have fun for a long period of time just hitting away. The hammer is the perfect size for little hands. You really can't go wrong with a Fisher-Price toy that has been around for so long. The colors may have changed, but they amount of fun had by your little one is the same!Melinda

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/08/2021Wow! It's here already?!Toy arrived just hours after it was ordered. I was a little surprised it wasn't in a package but saving the environment one box at a time is a good goal. It was in a covered, but outside corridor in a condominium complex so it really didn't even need a plastic bag, and maybe it was good for all the senior citizens in this 55 development to see it wasn't really something they'd probably like. ??? :D Fisher-Price so it's quality I can count on and I loved the" speedy delivery."Elle

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/10/2020Great for motor skillsWe recieved this as part of the toy review program and my son loves it. It's very versatile in that he can move the pieces up and down with the use of the hammer or with his hands. He says whoa everytime he flips it over. Very colorful [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]Boy Mom

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/08/2020ImpressedI was much more impressed with this tap bench than I thought I would be. I have tried others with my children and the pieces would be pushed down quite easily with not much effort. This toy gives good resistance so the child has to work a bit more to get them down. The hammer is a great size for small hands and I love that they can learn colors and shapes while feeling different textures all at once! One of our favorite toys now. 5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/23/2020Very fun!It is very fun, my son does not stop laughing while playing with this toy, he was saying that he was strong as daddy, the material of the toy is very resistant and the striking colors I am very happy that my children have toys without the need for batteries! 4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/22/2020Great toy!I received this toy for my 2 1/2 year old. I thought it would be a little too “small” for her but was definitely surprised. This is one of her go to toys everyday. She loves to hammer each piece then turn the bench over and do it again. The only thing I wish is it would have a way to clip the hammer to the bench when it's not being used. It would just make for easier storage. Other than that small issue, definitely a great toy for hand eye coordination and motor skills. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]Ashliz27
