    Love my burgundy scrunch boots!! I wear size 7 in boots but because I was afraid of them being too small I ordered a size 8. Wrong decision! Boots run true to size and remember they come in wide width. The size 7 I have allows me to wear socks, not too thick ones.

    I'm being Ignored!
    I tried to cancel these boots before they arrived. I couldn't, had to wait for them to arrive. When they arrived, I could not find the Start a Return. This same order had pants that were returned, no problem. Now it seems that I'm being denied the opportunity to return these boot. I sent a request to the Need Help department with no response. I could use the money to order some other items. I need access to Start a Return. I'm being ignored.
