Be patient and contact Microsoft
It did not work at first until I got Microsoft involved. It was a windows issue but it now works FANTASTIC!!!

    Wont let me return..No UPC..
    this dud not work..tried on several other devices .nothing..tried to return it had all paperwork in etc..in total SEVEN dufferent wal-marts, at least a dozen calls, even disputed thru my bank

    Device not totally as advertised.
    Arrived promptly and in new condition. However, would not work with my CD data disc. I had even installed the VLC Media Player software ahead of time as recommended.

    Defective as received.
    Drive could not read disks. It would power up and go through several cycles of read attempts, then ask for a disk to be inserted. I tried several but no success. Returned drive for a refund.

    Standing behind their product.
    When I finally got around to trying to use I was unable to use. I contacted company and received an apology for my difficult and received an immediate offer to refund me. I did try again to use successfully and love the drive.I would preferntially deal with this company again .

    at tgis point i bought this assuming it it would be plug and play but it is not so i cannot give a review as it is not working but is recognized in devices.

    CHEAPLY MADE. DON'T BUY!
    Very cheaply made. Boy I am really sorry I bought this. It jams up and the USB cord is too short. It mast only be 4 to 5 inches long. Such a piece of crap!

    Not as easy to install
    It say put on your USB and it works . Well I try and I look online and many ppl had the same problem with no solution, it doesn't work, all in gives me is the files. I pick a DVD any nothing. I am taking this product back...
