Very Pleased
Arrived on time, easy to put together, took about 2 hours with my morning coffee. It looks great and rolls well on the casters, which is important to me. Good unit for the price especially if it last 4-5 years. Normally, that’s the average time before the heating units start to deteriorate. Not much negative to say right now, we’ll see how it holds up being outside all year.

Not Original American Quality
The day I set it up and got it put together took approximately 2 hours. I realized the last piece to put on has a huge dent. I can see my box was damaged in shipping. The thermostat is broken, crooked and inaccurate. We took the thermostat apart to try to keep it from dragging on the glass and underneath of the needle. High temperatures was dragging on the glass and low temps on the backside. There is no middle ground for it, due to it twisting to become closer or farther from the glass or backside. The construction on it is stupid. It's on a spring. The metal clips broke when trying to put it back together. This was a father's day gift for my fiance, it shipped 4 days before father's day and we've had it under the garage under a grill cover, never in the open elements and it is already rusting on the outside of the lid. We've only cooked on it 4 times.

    Dented grill
    Do not recommend buying online. Maybe in store but even then not sure. He came dented took 2 hrs and then some to put together. To get fully refunded we would have to take it apart and put back in the boxes otherwise they wouldn't take it back.

    Drip Pan cuts like Razors !!!
    Put the grill together with my son, was fairly easy. Be very careful of the drip pan. That stamped sheet metal sides are like razors and I sliced my hands in 3 places. Very upset and I'm in talks with my attorney as we speak. I can't believe no one QC is done with this product. My attorney will be in touch

    Arrived damaged!
    Arrived damaged and haven't heard back from customer service on a return. Went into the store the customer person said it was “grey out” on her end and couldn't do a return. Took down my information and I've never heard back. She was supposed to follow up with the lead customer service manager.

    Very disappointed
    Set it up no problems.. looks amazing.. tried to move it and the whole burner side came Off and can’t get it back on … for the price I could have gotten a better grill.. very upset because I am a huge griller.. waste of my money!!! Very cheaply made.. I didn’t even pull it hard at all, I had it on plywood to move it!!

    Buy an American one- that is already assembled
    The instructions are garbage. Be prepared to spend hours switching parts around as there is nothing but pictures that can be confusing at time. Once you factor in the time of assembly - for me at least, it would have been worth it to buy an American Brand that was already assembled. I wanted a cheap one for a year.. Until my pool deck is built which will have an outdoor kitchen. Not worth the hrs of assembly and confusing instructions.

    damaged!!!!!
    I was really skeptical about getting something this large in the mail did I not wanting to get a damage but I thought I'd try it for the first time unfortunately by the time I got it attached it had a dent in it then I look on the side of the box and the dent was the exact same spot of where it was located on the grill I'm so disappointed I already put this girl together and I'm already ticked off!!!! grill looks really nice and what not if anything I just rather get discounted this is going to be horrible to deal with return wise this will be the last time I order something large

    Dent!
    DENT! after I assembled it, I realized that the front cover has a dent im the corner! That's the problem buying from Walmart, they have so much inventory and the boxes are damaged the products are having dents. I am going to reach out to my credit card company to work it out for me. other than that the product is fine. you get what you pay for. I have just installed it and I will update this review again pending my damage issue and let's see how it works

    I like cast iron grates. Take it apart for cleaning. The only thing wrong with the grill was done in shipping it had a bend where the top joined the bottom, it had the paint flecked off and I worry about it rusting there.

    very disappointed ☹️
    i baught this for my husbands birthday and not only the box was torn and dented, opening it he was excited, as i was watching him take everything out i noticed the bottom frame and side pieces were bent. i dont know if it was like that at the store or the delivery truck did it but this is ridiculous
