Piece of garbage.
Piece of garbage. The screw holes done line up and the screws strip out instantly. Don’t waste your money.

    I like the color and it seems like a good product. However, the delivery management was terrible. It wasn't handled with care it seems that the box received an impact in the middle of the box. when opened the box there was major damage. The lid of the grill was stuck by the impact and could not open. It also came with bents on the sides. We are returning the item. 1 star due to shipping and handling.

    Came with really dented hood
    I read other reviews that said their grill came dented, but I took a chance anyway. I didn't notice the 2 big dents in the front of the lid until halfway through assembly. I was already invested so I finished the assembly. Smoke pours out the 2 dents from the dented areas near the handle. Not sure if it's worth keeping or returning. It's a nice bbq otherwise.

    Our purchase was delivered overnight as stated at purchase, was easy to assemble (never assembled a gas grill previously) works perfectly, saved us money, and is a beautiful addition to our outdoor living space. Thank you Walmart !

    Good, but dented.
    The grill was easy enough to assemble and seems to be good quality, very heavy. However, it came with a dent with the paint off it. It isn't worth the hassle to return it, but I am disappointed. The box was in good shape, so it must have been done in the factory.

    Assembly is a challenge.
    NO assembly instructions were in the box. So downloaded them from the internet. Then it took 3 men 3 hours to decipher the instructions. Ikea instructions are a step up from these and that isn't saying much. Eventually all was good.

    Don't waste ur money
    I'm super upset. I ordered this and shipped it right to our cottage. Upon opening it, it's super damaged the replacement would take too long. The refund was only 10% and I had to haggle to get that. Hardware store here I come smh the front is damaged to but those are just cosmetic

    Great color but large dent in the back
    I really like the looks of the grill and was easy to put together but came with a large dent in the back and the paint is gone. I would have returned it but there was no way of getting all the pieces back into the box. Also I wiped down the front of it after cooking on it once and the white paint started to come off so I just had to leave it dirty or all the instructions and paint around the knobs would have been gone.

    Already cooked lots of good food on grill!!
    It's not even summer here yet and I can say we have already used this Expert grill several times already!! The delicious food we have made so far is oysters, chicken and carne asada. Everything cooked evenly and all the food turned out good. The Expert grill is a propane gas grill, has four burners and one side burner. This grill will get a lot more usage during the summer days, as it gets too hot in my house with no ac to cook. The grill itself wasn't too hard to put together, but the instructions were a bit misleading saying the screw on blank, but there would be no screw there, so luckily there were enough screws to complete. Also the sheets of the stainless steel are thin, not the highest quality. I just think things are just not made like they used to be as far as quality. Just pointing that out, nothing wrong with it, but I live in a state that also gets a lot of rain. Lots of my stuff outdoor stuff has gotten ruined because of so much rain. I've already got a cover on this Expert grill, so I just can't forget to cover it in case it rains. This is a nice grill overall, has the wheels to move it around and it's a nice navy blue color. Since putting it together it's worked great each time we have used it. All the burners function well, and I like that it has a side burner to keep my pot of sides warm.

    A good first-time grill
    Like my title says, this is a good first grill. Let me start with the positives. I love the look of this grill. I got it in red, and it's a rich, pretty color. It is full size and holds a lot of food. Grease drains directly into the drip pan, which is great for clean up. The grill heats up quickly, and cooks food evenly. It does a great job of maintaining its heat, even after it's been opened. It has an easy-to-read temperature gauge. The burner on the side is a brilliant idea. It's great for heating up sauces, extra food, etc. Now for the negatives. This grill is difficult to assemble. There aren't any written assembly instructions, just pictures, and the pictures are not very clear. The construction isn't the best: some screws didn't line up properly with their holes and I could bend the metal with my hands. The drip pan is only accessible from the back of the grill. So I would have to move the grill every time I want to empty the pan, which is incredibly inconvenient. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but the front of the grill cooks hotter and faster than the back. That has its advantages and disadvantages. So you decide if it's a negative or positive. Despite the challenges, the pros outweigh the cons for me. I would recommend this grill.
