SUMMER, HERE WE COME!
I was so excited to receive the Expert Grill 4 Burner Gas Grill; after I got over the initial shock of the large box and how heavy it was. I ran and got the neighbor to help my husband carry it to the patio. I could hardly wait for my husband to put it together, and I did not have to wait long. He had it assembled in a little over an hour. He said the instructions were very easy to follow and all he needed was a phillips screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. This is a very nice looking grill. Fully assembled, it measures: 51.97"L x 25.2"W x 46.65"H. This grill comes with so many advantage points. The one my husband likes the most is the push and turn ignition system for firing up the grill. It has a stainless steel control panel, (with the customer service hotline telephone number right on the panel) and a stainless steel lid and temperature gauge. It has a porcelain enamel firebox. The four independently controlled stainless steel tube burners offer up to 48,000 BTU's for the 454.14 sq. in. of primary cooking surface and 165.2 sq. in. of secondary cooking surface for a total of 619.34 sq. in. of total cooking space on the cast iron grates. The two good size side shelves are perfect for holding plates and utensils. The grill includes a platform for the LP gas tank and has two large wheels that makes it easy to transport it to different areas. The first thing we grilled were cheeseburgers. They were delicious! Next will be BBQ chicken. We are going to enjoy so many good things on the grill this summer. I have ordered a cover for it. This is a very nice grill and I want to take care of it.

You shipped the worse and oldest possible item in broken box . I took it to third floor hoping will be good inside but .... I had to pack and take it down again to send it back. The item you send is not sellable !! You did not even replaced it and did not honor my price.

    Would be better if wasn't damaged
    Overall very happy with this grill, it looks nice and works well. Bought as a gift for my boyfriend. When we were putting it together we noticed that front of the grill where the temperature knobs are is dented out. It made it to where we could not attach the side on correctly and now it is slanted. This makes it difficult to use and put food on it.

    Check for every single piece before
    I bought this grill and as I started assembling it I noticed that the rear frame bar is missing and I contacted the number on the instructions book and he said that they will send it but nothing happened yet and so here it sits half assembled and I can't use it

    Would have been great
    When I received the grill and got to assembling the top, I noticed 2 huge dents on the hood and then noticed bent assembly items located at the right of the igniter panel.

    Awesome grill
    I have nothing negative to say here.. This grill set up worth every penny I spent on it.. Loved the heavy duty cast iron grates and that pull out tray under neath the pit so you can keep it clean and have fewer grease flare ups awesome grill... I line that tray with heavy duty foil and made it even easier to keep it grease resin free .... Nothing negative at all big ten on This expert grill ...

    Took grill out of the box and it was rusted and missing pieces, called Walmart they gave me 40.00 off or to break down and return the grill we just spent almost 2 hours to put together. All n all not happy Missing pieces had to call the grill company and they were little help also

    I received my grill by delivering but the rips on the box look like it was in the warehouse already ripped for a while the corners of my grill are bent down so I cannot connect the side shelves to the grill

    I purchased two of these grills a couple of weeks ago. One had to be return because of the large dent in the front. We put together both grills a little before Easter weekend to use for the Holiday. Now the second one is missing a part called the grease box. I Guess I'll have to get in touch with someone from customer service when I have time. Over all the one we used so far works good .

    Nice 4 burner grill.
    Very nice grill when put together. Sturdy and well made. The only drawback I had was with the assemble instructions. The instructions are diagrams. I had to take the sides apart after it was assembled due to not really being able to understand the parts and how they went in. The grill itself is already assembled, just have to put the stand together. I will say besides messing up on the side bars it was really easy to put together just be sure to look at the instructions. I am looking forward to start using it. There is a cover for the grill which is a separate purchase.
