Good binder
This is a 2 inch binder. The rings seem strong and well made. Overall seems to be a decent binder, but I'm a bit disappointed that the cover isn't more rigid. It seems awfully floppy to me. But it will work for us, as strong rings are more important.

The rings are slanted D shaped to allow you to put 540 sheets of paper in this 2 inch binder. There is a lever that requires only one finger to open the binder. This same lever will close the binder too. The rings meet with a little pin on one side and a little divot on the other. This makes it so the rings always line up and close properly. There are two pockets on the inside. One on each side. There is also a pocket on the front. Then a very nice feature that I have never seen before is the little sliding window on the side so that you can label the binder and change the label if you wish to use the binder for something else.Marion

I utilize a variety of binders in my everyday life. They are essential to my organization process. Inevitably there will be some binders that get significantly more use than others and will often end up over-stuffed. I have one such 2” binder that has been being abused for about 3 years. The cover is falling off and I have duct taped it together twice in the last year. As soon as I unboxed the Exceed 3-Ring Heavy Duty Binder, I immediately noticed its light weight. It probably weighs ½ as much as the binder it is replacing. The Exceed 3-Ring Heavy Duty Binder's design is best described as “sleek.” The Exceed 3-Ring Heavy Duty Binder is by far the best-looking notebook on my shelf. It also has the feel of being exceptionally durable. The Exceed 3-Ring Heavy Duty Binder has a hard shell made of lightweight durable plastic and it has a unique (I think) feature of a lip on each end of the part that wraps around the rings. It essentially creates a protective cocoon to better protect the rings and your documents. I feel like this will be very useful in extending the life of the Exceed 3-Ring Heavy Duty Binder. Overall I would recommend this Exceed 3-Ring Heavy Duty Binder to anyone who uses binders and more so for anyone who is a little rough with their binders.ITestStuff

You do not have to pry the rings open with your fingers. The lever acts as an easy close also. There is a clear plastic sleeve on the cover for inserting notes or a title page so you know what is contained in the binder. The inside of each cover also has a plastic sleeve for holding notes and important papers. When you purchase the binder, it comes with a tab on the inside center spine. You can write/type a label for the binder and insert it on the outside of the spine. Again, this is great for organizing the binder on a shelf. The metal rings close tightly and completely so your papers won't fall out.SavvyShopper

We all know how sometimes getting them open is difficult. The front and back inside covers have a half cleat slot for current papers, makes it very convenient. The front cover has a clear pocket, perfect for holding a schedule or class list. I would highly recommend this binder for teachers and students. It will hold up for a long time.Lisa
