Awesome Buy
Upon arriving the shipping tube was bent. I assumed it was damaged. However once I opened the package the item was in perfect condition. The 5ft 25lbs bar came with spring clips to hold the weights which was a plus. Its also perfect enough for small places because it doesnt touch the walls and furniture. Its an excellent piece of equipment for a rookie like myself.

The image shows a bar with smooth chrome sleeves. But the bar I received doesnt have a smooth chrome finish on the sleeves. They have rugged textured sleeves, that cause metal shavings to chip off each time I load or unload a weight plate. And because of the texture, the plates do not slide on easily.

    One of these doesn't look like the other
    Item came in new packaging. I had to unscrew the top in order to get to barbell; unlike the 2nd one I purchased of the same kind. They look as if I purchased two different barbells when they are supposed to be the same. I will be returning one.

    Delivery from fedex woz appsolutely terrible package waz just thrown out on my front porch with the Box busted open and the barbell and clips were literally hanging out of the Box. Thank goodness this was a durable barbell and not a TV.

    Horrible Packaging and Shipping Time
    Bought this bar almost a month ago and I just receiving it today. The bar was all scratched up and dirty like as if someone poured something on it. The packing that was supposed to be on it was all ripped up. Came in such horrible shape even the delivery driver said he doesn't even understand why the company would even package it like that. Once I wiped the dirt off it looks pretty good and feels as though it would hold well over 500lbs . If you want this bar I hope you're willing to wait at least 3 weeks to even receive tracking and trashy packaging.

    Terrible product!
    Don't waste your time ordering this bar. I stood it upright and the side just fell off. Im glad I realized that before putting weight on it.

    Decent bar, great price, overall good value!
    Nice everyday use olympic bar (specifically bought 6' version), built solid, perhaps not as refined in all areas, but very good value for money. 2" sleeves on copper bushings held by circlip, 43.75" between sleeves on 6' version. I recommend this bar if you can get your hands on it. Only issue I had was with the packaging (tube box arrive with broken out plastic end caps, but luckily no damage seen on the bar ends)

    Great price , great product
    Olympic bar arrived on time and was nicely packaged in a tube box with screw reinforcements . My only compliant is a black residue I had to clean off the bar with a hefty amount of alcohol pads . Otherwise , the bar is beautiful and appears to be well made . I have only used it once for ab roll-outs with 2 25lb bumper plates . Great price , great product .

    Solid Quality, Great Price For 5-Foot Olympic Bar!
    Previously bought the 7-Foot Everyday Essentials bar, but we needed a shorter/lighter bar for non-cage/bench exercises in home garage gym. My wife and her gf love this 5-Foot bar and I'm HAPPY they are NOT swinging a 7-Foot barbell in the garage by my car and workbench tools.

    This item came in before the delivery date so I'm happy about that! The packaging seems steady enough to keep my item safe from damage. I've used bars in gyms and I've honestly never seen one in this good of a condition when brand new. There is no damage when this arrived and it seems to hold it's weight. i haven't tested the max durability because I'm definitely not that strong and don't have enough weights to test it either way but it's good for the amount that I'm lifting. I recommend this especially how there are few out there right now if you're lucky to find this in stock.
