Box is destroyed. Parts missing?
Too damaged to know if it works. Is Christmas present but don't even know if all the parts are there. Am reaching out to the company to see if this is how it was shipped. It has to be transported but I doubt that can happen with the box bring in pieces and potential parts missing. extremely disappointed.

Its a perfect size. I am a 511 man and it suites me just fine! The assembly wasnt hard, but it is involved. If you follow the directions step by step, you can do it! Every piece necessary for assembly was included; Nothing was missing! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable home gym!DAEWOO

They sent a replacement box. The pic you can see how it arrived. I found pieces of the machine on the sidewalk. Put second one together and after 2 days of use the cords are breaking. I requested a box to return for refund because it came in a destroyed box that was not usable and they told me to go to Home Depot to find a box. Ive never reviewed a product before, but really suggest do not buy this to others.Kristen

Walmart delivered the Gym quickly unfortunately some of the parts are missing and the pivot frame is cracked all around. I have reached out to sellers and Walmart for help with missing parts and to replace the defective pivot frame. They have been very helpful and respond very quickly to emails. However we are unable to put this gym together without those missing parts and defective pivot frame. At this point, we have mixed feeling about this transaction and for that reason, I am giving only 3 star which I will update to appropriate stars once we get the missing parts, replacement for cracked pivot frame. At this point, we are waiting to hear back on these issue and not sure how long will it take to get the parts so that we can put the gym together and start workout. We hope to hear back from seller/Walmart soon. I will update the review once I hear back from the seller/WalmartPurchasedaroundchristmas

It was on at my door two days later. The machine came in 3 boxes with all parts individually wrapped. I was pleased that nothing was damaged in shipping and no parts were missing. The assembly took about 3 hours. The instructions were easy to follow. The machine is well built, solid construction, well thought out design. All welds appear to have good penetration. The gray finish is durable. I know this because I had to scrape some of the overspray off of the butterfly pivot pins so that the bushing would slide over it. That was my only frustration in the assembly process. With that said, I still recommend this unit. All the exercises work as they were intended to function. The bench pivot pin, at the top of the machine, is a good design, with a smooth, sturdy pivot function. I think I will get may years of use from this unit. The curling stations is a nice addition, compared to similar machines at this price point. I like the size of the machine. It's not too large. I was able to easily fit it into my basement utility room.kansas

We have to constantly tighten it back up because it seems like it wants to fall apart. Also, don't expect to know how much each weight is..it doesn't say on the weights and I looked everywhere online and couldn't find it. when doing the leg raises, you have to take the elbow rest off so you can fully move your legs or else you don't have much movement. There's just a little bit of this and that you run into as problems which doesn't make it stress free when trying to lift but if you look past that and have patience and look how cheap this is for an at home workout it does work. Also, we were missing 2 screws and had to go to the hardware store to get them. Another note too is the item comes in three separate boxes shipped separately because of how heavy it is. so don't expect it all to be at your house at once together.Danielle

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/02/2021I knew I shouldnt have bought this.The bolt connecting the high cable to the weights is sheared off. Without being able to connect that to the weights you cant lift. Tried to call number on assembly packet and the voicemail was full. The worst part, I had a lot of things happen out of my control between when I got this and when I got to the assembly portion where the part was broken. I am beyond the return date.sam

I thought that was awesome until I went out to get it. The box was torn in different places and unfortunately we were missing a few parts. This was sent through Fedex. I also had received other damaged packages from other place that all went through Fedex. Just saying. Luckily, I was able to get ahold of VM Express and they were able to help send us the parts we need to complete it. I would have given it three stars if not for the awesome customer service they were a huge help which was a huge relief. I will update my review once I receive those parts and my husband and I can actually try out the gym. We are really excited to use it.Amanda

Our 10 year old fits it perfectly tho. Overall not a terrible machine. I'm slightly disappointed that 3 weeks ago I paid $500 for it and see it listed at $359 now tho. Clips that hold the cables are under rated also. I'd strongly recommend buying heavy weight clips. Ours stretched after about 5 uses.Joshua
