Misleading
The product itself is fine. It works as well as a cheap tie-down should. The problem comes from the way it was advertised. I either missed in the discription or it wasn't mentioned how you only get one strap. The pictures dipict what looks like 3 straps (you have to look real close to see its 3 pieces of one strap ), and that's what we thought we were getting. Satisfaction level - not surprised, not mad, just resigned
