Good Battery at a Good Price
This is my 2nd EverStart Battery. They're highly rated by ConsumerReports. I have them in my car and truck. They do well in Louisiana's super hot summers and unpredictable winters. For their longevity and price, they can't be beaten. Good Deal!!!

Didn't last long
I have a 2011 GMC Yukon XL. It was on it's second AC Delco battery and that battery finally gave out. I bought this EverStart Maxx thinking it would be a decent battery. I bought it in July 2020. Here it is May 2021 and this battery is toast. I even replaced my alternator thinking it wasn't charging very well anymore. Apparently now even Walmart doesn't recommend this battery for my vehicle and that I need an AGM battery instead. I didn't even bother taking this battery back. These are junk batteries. I bought another EverStar Maxx for my Jeep in Spring of 2019, and it is now dead as well. Less than a year on the Yukon and the Jeep one almost two years.... you get what you pay for. I've had cheaper no-name batteries last longer than these EverStart Maxx ones. I ordered the real OEM AC Delco battery for my Yukon, and yep, it's an AGM type.

    Fantastic Battery.
    In stalled on my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman All 4 about 4 months ago and waited to review. Well the Battery was an easy install and is performing like a champ. I'm very pleased with this battery. After it was installed I did the battery registration with my Bluedriver OBD2. This is a must as you need to let the cars computer know that you have installed a new battery, or the battery will have issues down the road. Most people are unaware of this, but if you have access to an OBD reader its a simple process. Good luck.

    Second battery in 8 days...
    I needed a new battery for my 2008 Yukon Denali XL and this was one of the cheapest I could find with a brand I at least recognized. A big seller was the 3 year replacement warranty. Well thank goodness for that because 8 days after putting this battery in, my vehicle won't start. The radio worked and the lights were on so we immediately thought starter. Went back out the radio wouldn't turn on or anything. Put the battery on a charger for several hours, wouldn't charge above 11.5. Took it back to Walmart for a replacement and the woman argued with us that it couldn't be bad, until they went and tested it themselves. Gave us a new one and truck starts perfectly. We'll see how this one goes....if it does well, I will change my review.

    Best Battery for the Money
    I purchased this battery for my wife's suv in 2012 it died today when she was playing the radio and washing the car. It did charge right back up when I put it on a charger just to see but it is showing it's age at 9 years old. So I will use it on some equipment around the house and go get another one just like it tomorrow for her car. Best battery for the money in my opinion. Made by Johnson Controls just like allot of the other brands so the quality is there.

    It has been exactly one year since I bought the product. Last month, my vehicle started giving spontaneous electrical malfunctions. I used my wife's vehicle for a few days in order not to have any problems while traveling. When I wanted to start my vehicle at the end of 3 days, the battery was completely dead. I put the battery in and charged it, and all the problems I was experiencing disappeared.
