SAFE AND COMFORTABLE
For starters it is a very safe and effective car seat and a GREAT investment in your child's safety while riding in a vehicle. I love the design especially the click attachments...SO SMART and easy to do. I can tell my son loves it and has much comfort especially when he falls asleep.

Not wiggle free, difficult latch release
I really wanted to like this, and I really tried to (mainly because of the price,) however, it is impossible to keep the bubble centered for recline position 1 and 3. I drive a 2020 RAV4. I tried installation in both the middle and side seat and can only keep the bubble centered in the gauge in recline position 2. But my son wasn't comfortable in that as it laid too far back for his liking at this time. Most importantly this seat is NOT “wiggle free.” In recline 1 and 3 I tightened the latch until it couldn't tighten anymore dozens of times, and I could still wiggle it so drastically that I would move the bubble from inside the rear facing gauge to outside (a permanent adjustment on the gauge, not just the bubble moving as I wiggle). And maybe this is because of the contour of my seats, but I could even get it to move over about a quarter inch if I pulled at the base. When wiggling, the sides are flimsy and bend easily, and all you see under the fabric is styrofoam. I struggle trusting this in a side impact crash. I know not everyone can afford expensive car seats, but you get what you pay for. Exchanging for the comparable Graco extend to fit. Lastly, to undo the latch (which you will do a lot trying to get the proper installation), you pull a red string (at least on mine, but in my manual it is not a red string, it's a button). If you purchase this, I'm not sure which latch release mechanism you will get, but if you get the red string, after you use all your weight to pull the string, the big metal latch box flings back and hits your wrist from the release of tension.

    Great Quality Seat
    This is a great seat! Very comfortable for baby while very safe. Able to rear face until 50lbs. Although the seat is very large, it still fits in the middle of the back seat of my car and I am sure that once it is front facing we can put it behind the driver or passenger without a problem. Incredibly easy to instal and won't budge once installed. My only complaint is that I am going to miss the convenience of my old Evenflo click in carseat stroller-combo. I liked it so much.

    we were happy with the purchase. everything was fine no problems. it is a pain to put in and out of vehicle. then child got sick had to clean it and needed to clean the straps. DO NOT TAKE THE STRAPS OUT. now the straps can not be loosened or tightened. they are all the way loose and our son doesnt fit it cuts into his neck. not happy with the money we spent on this seat.

    I would buy it again
    I love this car seat! My son can see ( I have a nosey little one) I got into a car accident April 7th I rear ended someone and my son was completely fine I recommend this to anyone! The padding is great and comfortable for him great for long car rides!

    Great car seat
    I was afraid it was going to be complicated to install however I found a YouTube video and it was so easy! It's a heavy car seat and very sturdy. Love the colors and the padding is easy to take out, wash and reinstall. It sits up higher so our little guy can see out the window which he loves! Overall a great car seat.

    Just misses being perfect
    I really, REALLY wanted to love this seat as it checked all the boxes of what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to return it for the reasons listed below: 1.) it arrived with absolutely no protective packaging around the seat so the entire time it was shipped it couldn't been banging around in the box. There was quite a bit of room in it, it seems like more damage could've been done to a seat under these circumstances than a small accident where it's stepped in and not hitting anything. It was a pretty big red flag to me.... 2.) This seat is designed to stay in use with a child for upwards a decade. Which means growth. It also has some of the highest weight limits of seats which means bigger kids sitting in it. However, there are only TWO lower belt positions on the seat and my 18mo old was already sitting on the furthest one out on the seat. How in the world is a 3 or 4yo supposed to be in this as a 5pt when the lower belt is already below my 18mo old? So much so, the shoulder strap clips dug into his thighs...... nope 3.) and lastly... I drive a SUBURBAN and this still didn't fit behind the drivers seat..... I'm 5'8” but i sit very upright and I don't like my seat leaning back far! I was hopeful the new incline feature on this car seat would allow for more room between it and my seat, but it didn't at all. I had to move my chair up to install this properly which made driving uncomfortable. My Graco Extend 2 Fit fits behind my set, with room, without the leg extender out. We have 2 kids in RF seats so at least one has to be behind a seat..... I'm not sure what car can fit this behind a front seat of a suburban can't! Annoying notables, not return worthy, but worth considering - 1.) the pads on the shoulder straps are SO thick and the Velcro didn't work great. The edges of it pulled up/open and then the Velcro edge was very rough (albeit not against the neck, but still.) 2.) the seat pad has a vertical slit for the lower buckle to fit through, however the buckle strap goes the other direction. So the belt strap just stretches out the slit on the seat pad... why. Such a dumb design flaw. Also with a child in the seat, the seat pad sides sort of squish out between the lower and upper parts of the car seat 3.) the check clip was difficult to undo. Like it stuck a little. Definitely a two-hand job which is annoying. 4.) fabric felt nice but didn't seem sturdy enough to last the decade of use this seat a being marketed for. Couple of notable positives - 1.) the seat seemed very comfortable and the seat nicely padded. 2.) it looks nice! 3.) it has a narrow footprint which would allow us to out 2 side by side of it weren't for the issues above leading to its return

    nice but scuffed up
    I just purchased my second carseat for our other car. I love this carseat!! it's easy to install. This time they didn't have the plastic wrap on it and it got scuffed up a little but all around its a nice carseat.

    I purchased this for my 3rd baby. Im usually a hands down Chicco brand lover but their pricing was just out of budget this time. This chair is honestly big time comparable to my chicco. It does not have as many incline options but still good enough to find babys comfortable position for rear facing. It is study, the padding is great, just enough not overwhelming. The ease of installation was my husbands favorite part!
