problems with assembly
I bought this walker for myself about a year ago. Then recently I bought this walker for a friend who liked mine. It is light enough for me to easily lift it into my car and has everything I needed. The only criticism is the directions for assembly. Two of us were needed for the first one. There is no mention of removing the endcaps to connect the wheels to the frame. The pictures are not clear and that's what you have to rely on. Luckily, I remembered the problem from the first walker when I assembled the second one. But, overall, my friend and I are extremely happy with this walker.

I have a traumatic femur fracture I purchased this in may from T he super center in Carlsbad NM I was still in Rehab so my physical Therapist put it together for me it was ok for a short time I had the same surgery a 2nd time in June. I finally got home on July 21st 2022 I was using it every day and bit by bit fasteners were falling off and I would put them back on, today was the last straw I had to go to my mail service center I removed it from my car and the left handle dropped I almost fell. Would like a refund because this is a piece of Junk , if you only use it once and a while. daily use Junk

    Worth the price
    This walker went together fast and easy and my wife loves it, but I can't figure out what the black strap is to be used for. There's no mention of it on the instructions.

    Received defective
    Wrong parts in the box, I made sure I purchased a box that was not previously opened and the pieces didn't fit. Absolutely could not assemble this product. The wheels and handles are the only things that need to be inserted into place. The handles are okay but wheels where the same as the base. One of those needs to be smaller so they fit into place and they were equal.

    seems to work well. Only thing it would be nice to have the turn nobs shorter. I have to be careful not to hit the doorways going into the bathroom or bedroom. The knobs stick out.

    Need added clips to hold it when transporting.
    Need some way to hold the two half's together when folding it for transit. Also to hold the seat when transporting.

    Great purchase
    Easy to assemble and works great. Wouldn't use with senior adults since you need to be good using brakes to use it but it works great for me after knee surgery!

    Received an unfixed return
    When I received the package my instinct immediately felt I've received a Walker that someone has sent back. I'm not able to send stuff back easily so I decided to put it together to see how bad it will be. Only thing broke is one of the knobs. It won't screw onto the hex-screw to tighten the right side hand handle. I used a wash and some super glue to connect the handle onto the Walker. It's wiggly but it's together.

    You should not get this walker
    beware of this walker, it is in constant need of having to be tightened up since the knobs become loose quite frequently. Also either the screws that hold the seat on were too small or the holes that were pre-drilled were too big because the screws kept falling out , eventually I ended up losing them so then I had secure the seat on to the frame with some rope, but only one side since one of the plastic clips broke off. By now you'd think I wouldn't use it, but I need a walker and this was the only one in my price range, so since the frame and brakes are good, I'll just keep tightening it up every few days and continue to use it, but if you can get a different walker you should get that one and not this walker.

    Glad i bought on Vacation over renting one.
    I bought this instead of renting one on vacation , cheaper and half time brakes never work on rented one. well this one worked so well i brought back on plane w me, have used it everyday in mt home for 8 months, brakes still work and was easy to retighten. my more expensive one brakes stop working after 4 months and we still haven't figured how to fix. would purchase again.
