Great Scooter - Highly Recomment
This is a great little scooter. I took it with me on a trip to Savannah, Atlanta, Memphis and Biloxi. It performed flawlessly. The battery life was much more than I had anticipated. Being able to take it apart and fit into the back of the SUV was one of the main reasons I bought it, the other was cost. I was going to rent one for our 10 day trip, but rental was half the cost of a new one. Only drawback is there is no parts list if needed, nor a address/phone number.

Looks good-Didnt work
Did not work had to return. It was easy to assemble. Easy to take apart for travel and reassemble. Looked nice. If it had worked and performed as advertised, I would have given 4 stars. The manual did not have enough info such as how long to charge battery., and some info like that. Also said youd have to replace the batteries every 6 mos. or so. That would have been good info to have up front

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/14/2023Complete disappoinment. The scooter worked well, until my son dropped the battery pack, cracking the housing. I had horrible responses to getting it repaired. First, no repalcement parts were online, second when I finally got fed up and tried to return it to walmart they told me I had to say it was defective, and then send it back in the 3 month old box I had since thrown out, to sned it back. No scooter repair shop in the area would tounch it saying they can't get parts, so I watch it, gather dusy, $700 of crap because there's no repair ability. it runs until I hit a bump, then is shuts down. The first time it did this I was crossing a busy intersection, crs backed up waiting for me move it to the side of road, a dangerous situation. I was told stick to more expensive name brands, at least I can get parts for them, otherwise this mcaine was a complete waste of my liited money and time.jeffrey

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/17/2022Malfunction not good worth itworked well a few times then after a few months started to beep and just stop. Thought it was the battery just not charging correctly. But when the battery was charging the light was green. Seems to be either a short or some type of Malfunction to make it stop constantly while in use. Forget going on any small inclines or the sidewalks that have a rocky pavement of some sort. seeing all of these reviews I wish we had seen these before the purchase last year but at the time there seemed to be pretty good reviews. not good that we cant contact the company it came from for service. i guess Im better off just buying another one but not thru Walmart this time.Michelle

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/28/2021Good choice and valuePreviously had both a power chair and a three wheel scooter. The chair was more comfortable and easier to maneuver but heavy and hard to transport. The three wheel scooter was not a maneuverable as the chair nor as comfortable but it was much easier to transport. The four wheel model is in most ways equal to the three wheel how ever it is more stable on inclines. It is the least maneuverable of the bunch.FireEmt

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/07/2021Cheap and you can tell.It was a good looking scooter. Sat nice and was easy to put together, but it hasn't worked since it was fully charged after putting it together. At first it would beep five times and figured out how to make it stop. The very next day it beeped 7 times over and over again, which indicated a mechanical failure. The scooter was delivered on June 22 and haven't been able to use it since. Currently waiting on return shipping labels to send the product back.Tierra

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/25/2021Love my scooter!Easy to assemble! I am 5'2", the seat and tiller are adjustable whether you're short or tall. Speed control is reasonable, not too fast indoors. Battery power gauge is easy to read, I know just how much battery power I have. Con: Turning radius on this model.RUTH

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/15/2021miseryit doesn't work properly and stops and won't move. I purchased a warranty which was not included in the package or a receipt of my purchase. the handyman for your company wouldn't help. There has to be a better way for you to ship this product assembled for the disabled.mari
