Have used the product for some time. Made specifically for my printer. Never a problem. Delivery was actually next day after order placed. Very satisfied.

INK WAS "EMPTY" AFTER LESS THAN 2 DOZEN PAGES!!!!!
I've been using Epson 252 ink for years with my WF3640 and this is the first time I've had a problem like this. I bought 252 Black and 252 Cyan Yellow Magenta cartridges and installed all 4 at the same time. I started to print a doc, the black ink started smudging and dripping everywhere. I removed the new black cartridge, replaced with original cartridge which was low on ink but not completely out. Worked great. Then after less than 2 dozen pages it tells me I need to replace all 3 color cartridges?? I JUST DID!!!! How are they "empty" without my even being able to print ONE DOC??? I removed, reinstalled, NOPE. The printer said they were empty and refused to print. I had to email doc to my neighbor to print. RIDICULOUS. I usually buy my ink from Costco and have never had a problem. I don't know if Epson has a quality issue currently or if Walmart buys the cheap ink but either way this is unacceptable.

    Epson Ink Cartridges
    I would like to get rid of the Epson 3620 and the attendant printer ink problems. I keep pouring more money into it and the print quality is awful. However, that said, Walmart's ink cartridge price is very good and delivery was even better .

    These cartrudges are over priced
    These cartrudges are over priced. I am constantly hving to replace them, the Epson Cartridges have much less link than the HP Cartridges.

    Serving my needs well.
    Ive never used nor had a laser printer, so I was surprise to see that the quality of my pictures are sharper and it prints evenly. Replacing the cartridges is no trouble at all. Everything is so easy and my hands are free from any ink. Price is a little high, but I moved up to a better printer. I really think the price and the usage evens out, for Im not replacing my ink cartridges as much as I was with my inkjet printer. My Espon printer and ink are serving my needs well.

    Is it the ink or the printer?
    I bought this printer for the price and features. It has begun to be very problematic as far as print quality, and I don't know if it is the printer or the ink. I am very disappointed at this point, wishing it would break so that I can go back to HP. She killed my last two of those. I should have known better ...
