i dislike the fact that it arrived not working. now i have been trying to take this into a store to exchange it for one that works. im tired of going back and forth burning my gas

    Terrible
    ordered it for my grandson for Christmas and it does not even come on. Now I can't even get it exchanged for one that does actually work because the return date was dec 5 and Christmas was still 20 days away. Regardless it was a absolute waste of money.

    Brought this for a family member kid to do online school with. This is not worth the money or time looking at. in less than 3 months the tablet would not keep the charge, dies quickly and have to keep it plug in in order to work. please do not make the same mistake I made.
