Excellent in all respects!
What a great trimmer! I am impressed with the power and the quiet operation. Much better than noisy gas trimmers (and a lot less maintenance). The unit is strong and much better built than other cheaply made string trimmers. What sets this unit apart is the 'string' that is used. The 'line' is extremely thick and strong and lasts FAR more than regular fishing line grade trimmers. I was able to level brush that was up to the diameter of a pencil with no hesitation on the unit's part. I was able to level a complete 1 acre on one charge. Replacing the line is so easy it's ridiculous. Just put in a length of line, push a button and all the wrapping and loading is done. The bump-and-go to advance the line is an added benefit. Extremely well balanced, the unit prevents arm fatigue (I do not use a strap) and is user intuitive. All-in-all a wonderful trimmer and as expected from an EGO product! Love mine!

Disappointed in walmart customer service
It showed up late, and with a broken wheel. When i contacted walmart customer chat I was told “i am just a chat guy this was s third party sale there is nothing i can do” for a $400 purchase this is extremely disappointing…

So when I was looking for a push for my larger personal property, this popped up on the radar. According to those online in the EGO forums, this is the Longest lasting most potent push mower EGO makes. Good enough for me! While it doesn't quite have the power of my Exmark Commercial 21, it's a whole lot lighter, and the run time is ridiculous! It's single blade and the cut quality is…okay. Just wish it has the dual blade system though I'm investigating alternatives. So far so good. Recommended by a Pro!MowerMan from Bellingham

The batteries also seem to last a long time, but we do have a smaller yard. Already mowed twice and still have battery life left. It's made my yard look great and is a great option for your first lawn mower!Carley C

Being able to fold it up and put it next to the wall in garage is the best feature! Starts up without fail. I love that it can drive itself (self-propelled) without the mower blades on.pccoder

Mower was broken where the mower rests when stored in upright position. I'm guessing this mower was previously purchased and returned because of this damage and then repackaged and sold to me. Now I have to bring it to a local Walmart and purchase a new one while I wait for my refund and wait for a new mower to be delivered. What a hassle. Thanks ACME for wasting my time.Anthony

I took the turbine and attached it to the bottom of a plastic 5 gallon can. I then attached the long nozzle to the lid. Since I didn't want debris to go through the turbine, I took shade cloth screen and made a filter. I took the base of another 5 gallon can and made a ring. The screen is wedged inside the vacuum canister using the nested ring. I could send you a picture but I don't know how to attach a file. It is real handy in keeping my patio clean.Unknown
