We love Artie!
We love Artie! My daughters have one, I purchased one for my nephew in August and this one was for my niece who just turned 8. She loves her Artie, and has been using the pre-programmed codes as she becomes more comfortable with the coding programs. She'll probably use the remote control coding tool next. We love Artie!

    A great Coding Toy at a great price
    Artie is a great value for Money Coding toy which was given to my 8 year old son. He loved it right from the start and was so excited to get started. The setup and instructions are clear but he certainly needed help linking to the WiFi and getting set up on the Ipad. However once that was all done he was quite happy to play and try out the endless coding possibilities. He started with the pre-programmed coding options and has been intrigued watching Artie create all the different designs. As an 8 yr old there are currently limits as to the level of coding he can achieve but he has already surprised me with what he can do! It certainly will be a Toy that will develop with him as he gets older and I love that. If you have a child that is intrigued by both design and technology then this would be perfect.

    The art of coding!
    A great quality product, very well made and robust. Taking Artie out of the box and running through the setup was straight forward enough, for an adult, my 8 year daughter wasn't able without help. However once up an running, the example cards supplied were great to get her started and teach how to code. With a bit of practice she was away trying to write words and draw pictures, very clever way of teaching coding while having fun! Older children will get the most out of this and will require less adult supervision, but its still a great way to introduce coding, maths and creativity in one package.

    Easy to Use Multipurpose Robot
    Artie is an excellent way to teach students how to code and program. This robot draws lines, which is a perfect way to practice creating shapes, patterns, letters and more. This can be used from lower elementary into high school! Students in upper grade levels can aim to create shapes with specific angles , areas, perimeters. The possibilities seem endless! I love this robot & recommend it for the classroom!

    Great product!
    I used Artie in my 2nd grade classroom. The students loved doing the preprogrammed designs, but were also excited to create their own. Students with coding experience found it easier. The process was easy for them to follow and the pens were easy to switch in and out. The only problem they found was that the paper moved under Artie at times, skewing the lines. Once they taped it down or held it with their fingers, it was not a problem.

    Artie in the classroom
    What a fun way to introduce coding to students!! Students love to figure out the newest tech gadgets, and they usually do it faster than me. So, this was a perfect way to get them interested in coding. They enjoyed following the enclosed programs and now look forward to trying out their own designs. It's a great way to have them see the efforts of trial and error, and the joy of success. Artie is welcome in my classroom any time!

    Students Love Artie
    Artie is very easy to set up and get started. I like that there are pre-programmed codes for creating things. If you are new to coding you can create different images without having to create your own code. As you become more familiar with coding you can create your own. This makes it user friendly for the less experienced and the very experienced. My third graders were so fascinated by Artie and welcomed our new robot friend into our classroom. They were excited to explore all that Artie could do and were really excited by the challenge of creating their own codes. It is engaging and fun!

    Cool robot that contributes to kids' dive into coding!
    I really like that my kid (almost 8) understood how commands (coding) make things move, specifically Artie. This gift is an intro to the coding world in an unique way that breaks the barrier of complexity. I like the fact that normal markers and pencils could be used. Also that it is multi-lingual, so any of my kid's friends can also play with Artie.
