Dinged and doesn't work
Got this as a Christmas gift for my 2 young children. The surface was dinged when we took it out of the box and came with the incorrect power supply. Looking forward to wait in line to return it.

    Very disappointed
    I was extremely disappointed w/ my purchase and so was my son! We actually returned our table. Although I believe it could have been a great table, it did not work. It did not blow air and it also looked like it was previously used, returned, then sold to me. I believe the distributor is to blame and will not be a returning customer. It was a bday present for my son and we were both excited to play and disappointed when it did not work!!!

    DO NOT BUY
    When looking for a Table top air hockey game that would meet my needs as a gift to give for christmas , this product specification including the price point fit the bill. I believe this was a new product ,so there was only 1 review which was a good one, so after reading it I purchased this product. When my Husband assembly it on Christmas eve , when he plug it in the fan that is supposed to make the pucks hover did not work. This fan barley moved. Thinking O' BOY I think I got one of the bad models, I went on line to see if any more reviews had been written and to my suprise, every one I read was having the same issues as myself. I promptly re-package this item and return it at the site to store location I pick it up at the day after Christmas. I have to say this is the first bad experience I have had with on line shopping and will never again purchase anyting that has only 1 review written about it. Buyer take heed!!!!

    Assembled product and did not work
    Got this as a Xmas gift for the kids. Would have been great except they never got to play with it because it did not work once assembled. Returning for a better model/brand. Big disappointment.

    Bad Fan motor
    The table had goo on it that I had to use solvent to remove (not that big a deal). Assembly not too bad but after it was all put together, the fan did not work. Fan turned in slow motion - you could see the blades turn. NO air movement what so ever. Back in the box, going back to the store today.

    Stay away from this company
    I purchased this item for a Christmas gift for a nephew. When it arrived we decided to open, assemble and test. The first thing I noticed as assembling was the very, very poor quality of the manufacturing, gluing and stapling. After assembled I decided to re-glue many of the joints etc. with Gorilla glue. When the glue had set we plugged the motor in to test. The motor did not spin except very slow fits and starts. I called the manufacturer regarding the defective motor. He said we could return the whole thing to Wal Mart and I explained we purchased on line. He decided to send me a new motor. It was supposed to take 4-7 days. It did not arrive after 7 days so I called the manufacturer again and spoke with someone else who could not even tell me if the motor had been shipped yet, but she said, it would arrive soon???? She also contradicted the previous employee and said that there was no way it would arrive in 7 days. These people are clueless. Very poor manufacturing. We are returning the table to Wal Mart for a refund. Purchased a 36" 3 in 1 table for $60.00 at Sam's Club. Much more satisfied.

    Damaged, then shipped
    Unfortunately, this had to be returned as soon as I took it out of the box. The table had 2 drill marks on one side, a huge scratch running the length and the rubber edging was coming off (had a hole in it) - generally beat up. The product was packaged well, with foam bumpers, so I have to assume it was damaged prior to shipping. On the plus side, the size was good and fit well on the table for play- not too small or large. This table had good reviews and was why after looking at several decided on it. Never plugged it in though since I wasn't keeping a badly damaged product to give my son for Christmas. Thanks Walmart. I was glad to have purchased it from you so that it was an easy return. I purchased a better table at Target online. Perhaps others will have a better experience/delivered product.

    I purchased this as a gift, thankfully I set it up and tried it before I gave such a poorly made product to a friend. I purchased the FIRST one and there wasn't enough power to even get the fan to blow. I tried several outlets throughout the house and garage...still nothing! I returned it and purchased a SECOND one with more of the same. The fan still didn't have enough power to blow air. I called the manufacturer (EastPoint) and the lady said the fan was bad and sent me one directly from them. Before I installed my new fan I tried it....the fan barely moved! I had to physically spin the fan blades with my finger to get enough movement to get the fan started. Once I did get it going it worked, until I shut it off and it was back to square one!! Also the second one had some pretty good scratches on it and some dents and dings along with a broken goal! Proceed with caution if at all. I know I will never buy any of there products again!!

    Delivered damaged and not working
    I read all the reviews prior to purchase and even contacted the manufacturer to check how much voltage the fan was. It came delivered in a box that was pretty beat up. Once opened the edge of the surface had buckling and it had a fracture line in the metal. I plugged it in and the fan made a croaking sound, whirred and spun not even a full turn without any speed. I packed it back up the best I could and returned it to our local Walmart without trouble. I think this just might be the type of item that can't with stand shipping-

    Fan did not work :(
    I ordered this table well before Christmas just in case anything was wrong. I carefully inspected every piece and assembled it. Assembly was so easy and the table is really nice looking. Very sturdy. I went to plug it in and it did not work at all. I called the company and they said they would send me a new plug, but it was on backorder with no idea when it would be in. Also, it was possible that the plug was fine and the actual motor was bad. I did not want to wait for the plug to come in only to find out it was the motor all along. I usually do not buy anything unless there are lots of good reviews. I took a chance on this and now regret it. Luckily Walmart is great for returning things. So I will probably buy another table. One with lots of reviews.
