Brand new but doesn't work due to faulty battery.
Charged battery for 3.5 hrs as directed by the manual but vaccuum not working. Its a red flashing light and according to manual it's a faulty item and need to be replaced by Dyson. I had to wait about a week and a half for this item and for this amount of money spent, there should be NO issue! Why would I want to keep this item if it comes like this straight from the box? Way too expensive for issues like this.

    It's a pleasure to vacuum. Did I just say that? Our old Dyson finally needed repair so we bought a new one instead. The biggest problem with the old one was that the bin was small and hard to take off and put back on. The new one corrected this problem. It is lightweight, flexible, and effective.

    I really like how it works. The only issue is the battery which doesn't last long. So if I want to vacuum the entire house once It won't have enough battery.

    Great for my purpose
    I love it for my purpose, but the battery doesn't seem to last very long…especially for the price, even with $150 off. However I only use it in the kitchen and bathrooms on hard floors, so I really need to use it more for a better review.

    WOW! Best vacuum ever
    We got this dyson during Prime Days. Walmart had the best price around. WOW! This vacuum is fantastic. We have an older model that is not light weight or cordless, but it is still the best vacuum we had ever owned until now. As seniors we really appreciate the lightweight and the cordless features. Best of all, it is the best vacuum ever!

    Love this vacuum! Does a terrific job on tile, hardwood and carpets. And so easy to empty. So much easier and faster than hauling out the big vac. Charge is plenty long enough. Highly recommend

    Great Vacuum!
    I had the V8. It did a good job with dog hair etc.. This is on another level of strength. Sucks up everything on rugs and hardwood. Haven't used it on carpet but assume it would be fantastic. It's light, powerful and well built.

    A must have for homes with carpet or hardwood
    Light, versatile, no cord is a huge plus, and very powerful. I love that this is both a 'standard' vacuum and a handheld. The handheld is great for stairs.
