Love it!
This is our 2nd time buying refurbished products from the Dyson. Saving money with buying the refurbished ones. Regardless it is still Dyson. We have total of 4 dyson products at our house now. and Both of my refurbished V10 cordless vacuum and this fans comes with 6 months warranty. So I guess that is dysons standard for Refurbished items. This fan is amazing. I like the different 10 levels of adjustment. Small small really small spot is chipped. But other than that I don't see anything wrong. Working so far so good. People complain about too much glue used on the shipping box. Yeah I agreed. but i used an utility knife and it was easy to open. I think the Ross used stronger glues on their price sticker. haha

I just ordered on Black Friday and i receipted yesterday 12/08/2020. When i opened box machine was not wrapping at all( no any protect foam or bag, it looks like some one used and returned it ) and there was a lot of scratch on the Machine and Remote control . They just send to me a used one!

    Great product just like new!!!
    Over a month using it and I couldn't be happier with this air purifier. I struggled with a lung condition for some time now, and since I have the Dyson purifier my breathing have improved significantly, I was using oxygen every night and I haven't use it for about 3 weeks and havent need it. The condition was just like new but the price was much better.

    Great Fan.
    It is great. Looks good, safe, good value for the money. My second on. I keep one in the living room and have one in the bedroom now. That way don't have to keep moving one back and forth.

    looks like new and works well!
    I was skeptical whether to get a refurbished model, I read other reviews and decided to give a try. The unit looks decent without any major scratches or dents. Works well and can be integrated with Google, Alexa etc.

    LOVE THIS PURCHASE
    Easy assembly, easy to use and works great. Just received yesterday so can't give long term feedback but so far I'm very pleased with this purchase. I was spectacle to purchase a refurbished product but it is like new, very minor wear and tare ( I bought this model as well as a desk hot/cold model, both in great condition). Side note: I did notice the price went way up sense I bought it a week ago. :/

    Take a risk
    Honestly I was really skeptical about purchasing my first Refurbished Dyson item. Despite all the negative reviews, I still took a risk And purchased it anyway. I loved it! Works great and looks like new .Thank you Dyson!

    I satisfied with the purchase
    Delivery was quick, I was not lucky as few others were, my item works perfect but it was a well used product, many many scratches and well used remote etc, I would think that at least Dyson could have replaced the remote when it was visually so dirty and scratched, also it does not stick very well on the top of the fan unit. Don't get me wrong, the air purifier works just fine so far, I received it today and it is a good decision to buy, go for it and it is your luck which condition you would get. It comes from Dyson.

    Mixed feelings
    Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this purchase, the main factor being a price point. (Refurbished) I have another two refurbished Dyson products and they function well. However, I have mixed feelings with the Link. I feel like it has very weak fan airflow, it doesnt seem to give out much of a cool air. Also, besides coming with several scratches as other mentioned, the filter life came in at 66%. Is it something normal for a refurbished product, or is item is faulty?
