I spent 2 hours to complete the installation, (I am a certified BMW technician and have been repairing BMW, Mercedes-Benz and other European cars for about 20 years)and finally found that the thread of one of the lifting rocker arms was damaged.Try emailing and calling vendors,No reply, no one pays attention to me. In the photo, there are two handles, one of which can be shaken and entered, the other of which is stuck because the thread is damaged

    DO NOT BUY!
    Do not buy! We prepped the grill yesterday. Today we used it for a party. Idk what’s going on with the paint or what that white stuff is. Terrible. This was supposed to last us a good while or at least a whole summer, not just ONE day. Save your money or spend a little extra on something else that’s worth while. So disappointed.

    I am glad it was on sale.
    The grill came with a small dent on top of the grill. The holes lined up properly, but the section that hold the tray that divides the grill was bent. I was able to bend it back. Also, the right side of the grill has a slight bow but I will try to bend it back with a rubber mallet. In addition, you will need to seal the back of the grill to keep the heat inside the grill box. It is a decent grill for the sale price of 197.00. I would have been livid if I had paid 369.00 for the grill. They need to do a better job of quality control before shipping the items to the customer.

    when I received the grill there was parts that was put on upside down that was already assembled and when I contacted the company they told me they could not have no one come to my home because it was too far for them to help me I would not recommend this company

    Good price, good looking and good way to cook.
    At this time I have just put the grill together. It did take some time; however it went together with perfectly. All holes lined up and we didn't miss a bolt. It's a very good buy for the money and do not have any doubts it will be easy to cook on and last a long time. Really like the fact you can grill on each side of the grill with a different heat by lifting the level of the charcoal.

    I would of put this item as a five star but I received a damaged top. The top has a huge dent and is not round as pictured. I tried to ask for a replacement but my only option is a full refund and it is such a hassle to return a 120lb grill back.

    Dyna Glo review.
    I like almost everything. The ability to use one or both sides, to adjust the coals up or down are great features. Only negative is the depth of the charcoal baskets. Wont hold much for prolonged cooks. Requires you to periodically add more through the doors on the front. Overall, I am pleased.

    Great grill, good price
    So far I loved this grill! This is my first grill with adjustable height charcoal. It makes cooking vegetables and steaks so easy and I find we are using much less charcoal. With the 4 wheels it is easy to move and the ash tray is simple to pull and dump. It also was pretty simple to put together.
