a very good outdoor/garage heater
With two burners and multiple heat range settings this unit is well suited for keeping my two car garage warm enough to allow me to get my work done while the outside temps dip into the low 40's. This unit does not have the pezio electric ignition. A log lighter works just fine. I seached Lowe's, Home Depot, Orchard Supply Hardware and found Walmart's price to be $20 less than the lowest any of those plaeces offered.

Poor Design but a lot of heat
The unit provides a lot of heat but after returning the unit twice I came to the conclusion that it's a poor design. The plastic housing directly behind the heat deflector melts as soon as the unit gets hot. I think the housing was part of the temperature control. I wouldn't trust the unit.

    It was good for about one minute!
    The first time I tried to use it, it melted the plastic regulators! I bought this back in Nov 2019 and this year just tried to use it! Be sure to check out your unit before waiting too long. Luckly I have a 3-year plan but I'm having difficulty getting a claim filed!

    Effective heat and great for outdoor small events!
    Great addition to a warm patio for outdoor events! I am using to supplement my tall patio heater and it is almost like being inside.

    Worked well
    I was going to rent tent heaters to heat my enclosed patio (we actually used contractor's plastic to enclose the porch) for a Christmas Eve breakfast. The rental cost for 1 heater plus the propane tank was $160. So I started researching heaters online. After reading the reviews on this heater, I was hesitate to order the heaters. However, I am glad a did. I order 2 heaters to heat a 400 square area. My husband and I did a practice run with 1 heater. The 1 heater was able to heat the area to 62 degree. For our breakfast we decided to use both heaters. The temperature outside as 37 degrees and rainy. Within 40 minutes of running the heaters, the temperature within the space was 75 degrees. During the breakfast the temperature was a toasty 80 degrees. Overall we are happy with the purchase because we now own heaters that we know that will work for our patio. Smart purchase and small enough to store without a major problem.

    works good
    These are half the price as a "top selling brand" and are almost identical. I will buy another for a spare. Seems to suck the propane down a little faster than my Mr. (other brand) but it's because the low setting doesn't appear much different than the medium and high settings. Can't go wrong at this price

    Great Success! Hi five!
    Better than expected. I use it in my garage late at night or early morning. 15 minutes is all it takes. I haven't tried using it outdoors but I'm sure it'll provide enough heat.

    We really enjoy our propane heater it's wonderful for our warmth while watching our Granddaughters play in their evening sports in the COLD weather.... Thanks for the great price.

    Use the Heater while working in Garage.
    The unit was shipped promptly, arrived in perfect condition, and even a little sooner than I expected. The unit fires up very dependably and radiates heat very well. PROS: Easy Starting with a match.. (I knew this didnt have elec. start when I ordered, so no surprise about the matches.) Mounts easily and securely to 20lb Propane Tank. Can use either one or both radiators Has 3 heat levels. CONS: 1. After heating up the garage area if I want to turn off one of the radiators I must shut down the entire unit, wait for it to cool sufficiently, then ONLY light one of the radiators. I think there should be a shutoff valve on one of the radiators as cool down period exceeds 5 minutes.
