will not disappoint
the copper top did not disappoint i put it in my flashligt. i use itevery night walking the dogs and the flashlight was as bright tonight as the first day i. put the batteries.

defective batteries
i bought these D batteries to fill a Christmas present and have not opened and they are leaking battery acid. I will be returning them when weather permits.

    Duracell is one of the top brands in batteries, 10-year storage life we will see if that's really true, sometimes it's really true you get what you pay for and Duracell brand is a good friend a little pricey but good

    Good old standby.
    I've always liked Duracell batteries, and hate buying D batteries. I try not to buy anything that calls for them. This is a little fan that I use by my computer to keep me from adjusting the temp of the apartment. I figure in the long run I'm saving money on my electric bill.

    Good for Emergency Lanterns
    We now favor battery-operated lanterns over gas-operated lanterns for weather-related power outages. A bright lantern takes as many a 6 D batteries. We get about 1 years use out of a set of batteries. Duracell batteries last longer.
