Unimpressed
I returned this sun dial. I received it with NO instructions. I already sent you a review. It had NO pedestal and nothing in the description said it required a pedestal ( with a disclaimer that it was not included). Most businesses state , for instance, that a product requires batteries (not included) I wondered if it was just supposed to be placed flat on the ground somewhere.
