$$$$ Savings on Taxis I Can Walk Again
I have degenerative disc condition lumbar spine. I put these in my new walking shoes and I can walk to the bus stop and use public transportation! Genius. Saving money big time.

Did Not Work For Me
I am 5'8" tall, 293 pounds, and I stand all day on concrete floors in a kitchen. I lost 17 pounds during the course of wearing these, but it did not make the insoles more comfortable. The third day of wearing them I was in more pain than without them, but I decided maybe it was due to adjusting and aligning me properly. I've been wearing these since January 10th for 5 days a week, 12 hour days, I've not experienced any relief from fatigue, swelling, heel or foot pain. My heel pain increased to the point that I can barely walk when I wake up in the morning. I have to just stand up and let my weight settle on my feet before I take a step. My legs had stopped swelling they went back to doing that. I also developed a pain in my left hip which began the 2nd week of February. These insoles are not springy or cushioned. It didnt feel like I had anything in my shoe at all which was a good thing, but I think that was a part of the problem. Thankfully there is a 90 Day Moneyback Guarantee so that I can return these.

    Painful Arch Support
    The arch support was extremely uncomfortable. my arch and heel hurt quite a bit after just one hour of wearing them, and I wasn't even on my feet the entire time. I trimmed some more off of the toe to see if moving the insole forward would help, but it was still too thick and pressing painfully into the front of my heel bone and my arch.

    Best Insoles Ever
    Ive tried about everything, even expensive insoles. Decided to try these and so happy I did. Work so good and arch pain went away. Love them!

    They don't fit inside my sneakers even after adjus
    They just don't fit, I adjusted them as much as they can be. I don't have many shoes okay! They simply don't fit and my money's wasted.

    Misleading
    Extremely misleading packaging. "Eco-friendly packaging" is just paper covered in plastic. The actual arch support is made of thin plastic. Not extra supportive like it says at all.

    My high arch
    Im womens shoe sz 10.5 extra wide, 125 lbs, age 49 and I really like them. I have an extremely high arch, so the non-“heavy” just didn't stand up to my high arch collapsing. But with the firmer arch, it really helps. Not as good as another brand I have that cost me $50 though.
