Awesome Detergent
The Downy Ecobox Free & Gentle has already exceeded my expectations! The design of the box is very innovative and unique and makes pouring detergent into my washing machine so user friendly. I also love that the detergent is free of dyes and perfumes because I have two young children and I don't want their clothes exposed to any chemicals. Another great feature is that it's very environmentally friendly because it's 75% less plastic. I highly recommend Downy Ecobox Free & Gentle!

I hate this container.
This container is the worst. It's unwieldy because it's heavy and awkward, and the entire spout mechanism twists to the side all the time. I can't keep it on the shelf above my washer because it's too hard to use up there; the cup sits on top of the box where I can't reach it, and since I have to twist the spout to use it, I need a stepladder just to get a good enough grip on it. As an elderly person, this is a terrible design for me. Also, the white plastic at the base of the spout is embossed with words that I can't see because they're white on white.

    I like that it is cheaper in bulk and I have to buy it less. I'm glad that they offer it in this size. My daughter and I have sensitive skin and this works!

    Great products and price. Everything was well wrapped and received in perfect condition. The large bottle of Downey was put in a sealed plastic bag and sealed tight. I am happy with all the things I bought plus the great service.
