Pleasantly surprised.
Easy to assemble. Nice color and goes with my house. I like the insulation and the drain hole in the floor. I only wish there was a way to protect the corners from chewing dogs. And I believe it will be a little difficult to clean the interior because the dog door is the only way to access the inside. But it is a very good value for the money. I will be ordering another one soon.

Arrived damaged.
Terrible shipping. Zero padding to protect product. Damaged box and plug came out of one panel. Ended up with insulation all over house floor and dumping from shipping box. Have to set up a pick up on unknown date for return and then have an item re-sent on unknown date per customer service. Will not be using sams club anymore.

    Well worth the money!
    I bought 3 of these! And I love them. They keep the dogs warm and dry. They were easy to put together. I originally had wooden insulated dog houses but my puppy chewed holes in them and the styrofoam was everywhere. These are well worth the money.

    Up to 30*F warmer with Heated Floor Pad & Pet Bed.
    With the FLOOR HEATER & PET BED it's about 30*F warmer inside...even if it's only 9*F out. Both of my small cuddleing dogs that are ACCUSTOMED to the OUTDOORS will come out if they become overheated. They love it. Therefore, I love it.- & a filled Heated Waterbowl

    Amazing service
    We bought this dog house for our sweet beagle. It was delivered but had no instructions or hardware in the box. One call last Friday night and the ball was rolling. Taren Denny assured me that although their supplier was closed for the weekend she would get the items we were missing and let me know what was happening. I had an email early the next week and the parts were delivered today (one week from the issue coming up). Because of the service we received we would absolutely recommend this company and the dog house is pretty darn great too.
