Disney's Frozen - Disney's Frozen 2 Elsa Styling Head, 14-pieces My daughter loved her super soft hair and it is easy to comb and handle they have a lot of fun with them, I really recommend it 100% I had to buy another one because I have 2 girls and they love to comb them [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Clearly was a returned toy. Came in a cardboard box without original packaging and was missing pieces. Super disappointed

    decent price but deceiving
    smaller than expected. didnt come in original packaging came in just a small carboard box and it didnt have all the pieces that it shows.

    Missing pieces, thrown in cardboard box
    I would not recommend this product. It was missing all the accessories and thrown in a random cardboard box with packaging. I requested a return because it was not suitable to give as a Christmas present.

    Received Returned Item??
    This is such a huge disappointment. I clearly received a returned item--the original packaging is completely absent and the head is just stuffed into a cardboard box. Elsa's hair is obviously not styled the way its supposed to be and instead just thrown haphazardly back into elastics messily. This is supposed to be for my three year old daughter for Christmas, but I can't imagine that it would be very exciting to open this--I'll have to find a replacement item. Super bummed.
