Extremely disappointed
This was item was delivered, fully assembled, broken and dirty. It was literally left in my front yard, in the rain. So it's safe to say that it's not going to be a surprise. Even if it were it's dirty and used and broken. If I could give it negative stars I would.

    False advertising
    As appreciative as I am for being pre assembled. The order did not specify that the bike was refurbished, nor was it used. There's rust all over the frame of the wheels. The hardware is rusted. Wheels are stained. This is not worth the amount that I paid for this. There is no way I'm going to consider this bike to be new or just recently installed in this condition, with all photos attached

    Broken sleigh
    The sleigh on my daughters bike is broken. I am very displeased after the hassle it took to get it here, and to receive it taken care of with no respect.

    Nice bike, minor issues.
    Great bike. Easy to assemble. The doll seat was a little more work together, as the screws are tiny and have no point to them. Also the back tire came with a hole in the inner tube, which is leading to a run to the store just nights before Christmas.

    Paid for brand new bike, paid $60 extra for assembly since it was supposed to be new, received dirty used floor model still with residue from a previous purchase sticker on it, all the tires are dirty, training wheels are chewed, seat is torn, stains on handlebars

    No kickstand or cross bar to attach one
    Just got this for my daughter's 6th birthday. She rides like a champ, no training wheels. She absolutely loves this bike but it doesn't have a kickstand or even the bar on the frame to attach one. VERY FRUSTRATING! It's a brand new bike and she knows not to throw it on the ground (it would also bend the sled doll holder on the bike if she did) so it's very inconvenient. I'm not sure why they felt the need to leave the cross bar in the back off because it makes a kickstand impossible. It may not seem like a big deal but when your child is riding the bike all day on and off, a kickstand is necessary. If not for that, I'd give it 5 stars.
