Crappy Directions
The directions are useless that I received with this product. I would not recommend purchasing this product unless you plan on being frustrated; I'm beginning to think they gave me an old version of them lol and everyone else that gave it five stars got the updated one.

    Do not fall for the images because it shows 2 recorder devices but you only get ONE. This slight of hand is very misleading. The recorder works well and does what I hoped it would do but the image of 2 leave me disappointed.

    Broken after one month
    This recorder broke after a month. What you can see in the picture is what it shows all the time. It's not only a waste of money but I also lost valuable recordings that I can't even download to my computer. I do not recommend this product. Invest in something of better quality.

    More complicated than I wanted or needed.
    It's very small, so that can be handy. However, the instruction page text is miniscule so had to use a magnifying glass. I was hoping for a very simple recorder with record, play, delete buttons. But this has so many functions and it's not intuitive to use. Side slide buttons of on/off and save/record can be confused easily so be careful. Must go through menu selections to try and delete anything. It took me several minutes and test runs to get a recording.

    Small and easy to carry
    I got this to record our HOA board meeting. Very convenient and has 32 gb storage. There is an option for scheduled recording if the power button is on and password is provided.Best feature is it is rechargeable using USB.

    I travel a lot and I like to write down my experiences during the travel but that process takes a lot of time during traveling. Which is why I had been looking for a decent recorder for some time, and this one made my life a lot easier. You have to read the manual in detail at first but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use with plenty of space. It's very light and has a small size which makes it perfect for my usage.

    portable with great audio quality
    Pocket size for easy carrying. The audio is decent and record pretty far away. Quality of material is durable, not some cheap plastic. Work very well during conference calls which is what i need it for.
